AC Hotel St. Petersburg Downtown

Check in was easy and quick. Questions were answered knowledgeably. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was chaotic with only few places to sit and small selection of food. The hotel's location is great, near restaurants and close to the pier.

Nice hotel in a convenient area to restaurants, etc. Front desk staff was awesome. The hotel was very busy but the staff were very patient and always had a smile on their face!

We really appreciated the staff getting us into a slightly larger room. Thank you!!! They could have done better with some of the maintenance detail: empty the trash in the room when you service it, leave toilet paper, maybe a few extra towels. The valet service took longer than expected. Overall it was a good hotel, but seemed like it was set up for business travelers more than families.

Walkable location with a lot to see, including restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The bar and restaurant are divine with a great staff. Front desk staff were also wonderful. Beautiful and centrally located.

The employees make this hotel. From the greeting at the valet to Alice at reception we felt very welcome. One afternoon we called because our television wouldn’t turn on. We called the desk and Jonathan said he would send up Javier who reset the tv and we were able to watch some Olympics. My friend asked if their afternoon cookies were done and Jonathan said they would be done in a few minutes and he actually ran a few up to our room. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was roomy with a great shower. The location was the best. Just a short walk to everything; amazing restaurants, the art festival, farmers market and the pier. We had a wonderful long weekend in downtown St. Petersburg.
