非常滿意，強烈安利。酒店就在涅瓦大街上，冬宮旁邊，離所有的旅遊景點都很近，可以步行直達，附近也有很多餐廳和紀念品店。
房間又大又舒服，裝飾也很有特色，尤其是前台小姐姐和小哥哥都很可愛，很熱情，而且幫忙打電話還借我們雨傘。

其實並沒有太高預期，可是去了之後才發現真的很不錯，雖然得爬樓，但是值得！！！！！！！很漂亮的房子和很耐心熱情的服務人員，我下次去還會訂他們家

Overall experience at Metropolis hotel was amazing - fabulous location, quite a spacious room (if you compare with other properties offering accommodation in this area), well designed interior to let you get immersed in the long bygone epoque. Lovely personnel at the reception ready to help with any issue and breakfast served in the room made my heart melt.

Не в первый раз останавливаюсь в отеле. В этот раз была в номере Чехова «Вишневый сад». Уютно и комфортно. Идея с пеньками очень понравилась (вишневый сад уже не тот)) Персонал очень внимательный 👍🏻 Расположение идеальное (1 минута до Дворцовой площади). В следующий раз снова здесь остановлюсь. 😊

Отель небольшой, но очень уютный. Расположение самое удачное, рядом с дворцовой площадью 👍🏻 В доме нет запаха, чисто, на двух нижних этажах крохотные детские сады, тихо. Отель находится на 4 этаже. Номер был посвящен произведению Николая Васильевича Гоголя «Нос». Ощущение такое, что ты попал во музей произведения). На стенах отрывки из произведения с фотографиями из фильма, а на стене расположен самый настоящий нос! Здорово придумано. Мебель старинная, кровать удобная. Чисто, тепло. Завтрак подают в номер, очень вкусный. Администратор очень дружелюбная и внимательная. В общем, впечатление самое благоприятное, обязательно вернусь в этот отель. Всем советую посетить ☝🏻

У гостиницы хорошее расположение и приятный интерьер так же есть чаи в номере и шоколад.Из минусов, к сожалению очень плохие подушки( старый сваляный синтепон) , в номере некуда сложить вещи из чемодана, те вы будете хранить все вещи в сумке так как нет комода или хотя бы напольной вешалки, полотенца не меняют ежедневно из завтраков понравилась только каша.

Отель имеет очень выгодное расположение. Большинство достопримечательностей Петербурга в шаговой доступности. Это мини-отель. Благодаря тому, что администраторы дают электронный ключ, гости могут приходить и уходить из отеля в любое вемя. Приятно удивили две опции: завтрак в номер и бесплатная стирка вещей. Выбор блюд не слишком обширен, но всё вкусно и свежее. Наш номер выходил во внутренний двор, поэтому было очень тихо. В отеле номера расположены за двойными дверями и совершенно не слышно других проживающих. В номере есть все необходимое: кондиционер, фен, халаты и тапочки. Очень приятная романтическая атмосфера. Общение с администраторами отела оставили только приятные впечатления. Очень рекомендую для проживания. Особенно, если вы не любите лишний пафос. а целью вашей поездки является знакомство с красотами Петербурга и его окрестностей.
