Our room was on the top floor, with a rooftop bar above us playing live music until 0100. Not cool

The hotel experience/accommodations overall were good. However, the reservations I made included breakfast for two for two days, and it was awkward to acquire the breakfast portion of my reservation. Instead, the hotel gave me a $20.00 per day credit for one guest for breakfast. Also upon check-out, I was not provided a room receipt - so I am not sure what to use for my expense report, and I do not know what I have been actually charged for. This reservation arrangement was not what I expected and I doubt very seriously if I will use this service again. It was embarrassing and I am especially uncomfortable with what I will be charged.

Paid for breakfast online but there really is no breakfast there. The bar seems nice but very pricey and a comp drink is limited to a poor selection. Sunglasses missing from valet car.

Overall a nice, clean hotel in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and museums. The only downside is the noise that comes from the rooftop bar and lobby. We arrived on a weekend and there was a live band playing in the lobby. This along with the music and bass from the rooftop bar was *a lot.* If I were going to be returning and visiting over a weekend, I'd probably look elsewhere which is a bummer for as nice as it is!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. 100% recommend. Close to everything you can possibly do in St. Pete.

The resort is beautifully kept. Plenty of pools for the adults and kids. Food is decent, not great, but plenty of off site options close to the resort. The pizza on site was delicious. Drinks are pricey. Resort is card only, or charge to room.

I guess when the sleek modern new rooms, it means ZERO storage. No closets, no counters, no desk for laptops. The smallest mini fridge I've ever seen. We had to hang our clothes on pegs on the wall. I had to use my laptop on the bed. The bathroom as well, no room to put your stuff. Now that I'm done ranting, the staff was incredible and the location was flawless. Walking distance to Tropicana Field and so many restaurants and shops. Be careful in the shower, I slipped and hit my head so badly.
