Since the booking, the hotel staff has been very responsive and helpful in answering my questions via Whatsapp. I should mention that the hotel is near the train station, so you don't need to worry about finding it. It is ideally located near many attractions, which eliminates the need to book a taxi or take public transportation. In my first days here, I urgently needed to print and scan some documents, which Anna was able to assist me with. I greatly appreciated the fact that all staff speak English fluently. The room was exactly as shown in the photos without any problems. During breakfast before New Year's Eve, the hotel staff treated us with a bottle of Champion, which was a very nice gesture. The hotel is also located near a small supermarket that offers the necessities. As a whole, I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Sincere administrators, the location is the very center, a chic interior with antique furniture, a view from the window on St. Petersburg roofs, you can’t hear your neighbors, regular cleaning. Although the breakfasts are simple, everything is very tasty and a lot, I ate for half a day)) A friend who was visiting also appreciated the hotel, and she has been sooooo many places, she definitely has something to compare with. I will definitely be back!

We rested in this hotel together with my husband from 11 to 14 October 2022. My husband flew in from Canada, he was in Russia for the first time, he was in St. Petersburg for the first time. I did not regret choosing this hotel. They helped me organize a surprise for my husband on his birthday on October 13th. For this I am very grateful to the administrators 🥰. Great location, amazing breakfast (especially oatmeal)😆, English-speaking administrators, which my husband really liked. My husband thanked me for the gift, for the hotel I chose. This is his first trip to this wonderful city, everything turned out perfect. Thank you ❤️

Nice clean room with everything you need and more. I only heard my neighbors when they were in the hallway. The view from the window was on the roofs, but if you look sideways, you could see the Admiralty spire and even hear the chime of the clock on it. Blackout curtains - you can sleep in the dark. The windows overlook the courtyard, but it cannot be said that the noise of the road is not heard at all - it is audible, but not so much to lock the window. Hope you can get here again.
