Overall, I liked the hotel: modern, clean renovation, delicious breakfast in the station business hall, convenient location, comfortable bed. all of the above advantages, unfortunately, were overshadowed by what seemed to be such nonsense as shampoo... for 1 person they gave 1 small bag of shampoo, which, moreover, is not enough even for hair just below the shoulders, it also does not lather and had to be mixed with pus for the shower. When asked for additional The price for shampoo was 25₽! This is not that much money, but for a room of 5000₽/night and the terrible quality of shampoo, in principle, you can allocate at least 2 bags. The impression of the stay, alas, is made up of such little things, which were greatly spoiled. Therefore, future guests, take your own shampoo with you.

Rooms 5+, forgotten items are not returned, they are thrown away, they are rude, the staff is -2, otherwise I am happy with the rooms, but the admin staff and the girl who cleans the rooms are very dissatisfied with them, I was there from December 26-27!!!!

I arrived early and couldn't check in. When I came back, they moved me to a smaller room, it was already late and we had already paid. I had paid for a large room for 3 and they changed it for a very small one for 2 and they piled everything up. Foreign cards do not work due to the war and they wanted me to pay for the website to take the reservation. For wifi, I had to put a Russian phone, so that I could receive a code. They do not accompany the taxi. The taxi driver was the best and honest!!!

Not the first time in this hotel. And everything seems to be wonderful: the location, the fresh renovation, and even tea in the room. But not the front desk staff!!!!!! Each time it gets worse and worse (((at the same time the price for the room gets higher and higher)))) This time two administrators, young guys, were waiting for me at the counter, but there was no uniform, not even the simplest white top black bottom , I got the impression that the guys were passing by and came in to work. Neither the lady nor the young man had any badges. But the extravagant hairstyle of the administrator in 3 stars was memorable)). This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at the hotel, but my passport data is not in the system, dear management, how is this possible? Special thanks to the maids!!! These ladies work conscientiously!!! Therefore, a star for them and the location with renovation. And yes, for 9100 for a luxury room, please buy a little more expensive slippers.

The hotel turned out to be higher than my expectations: the room was not just quiet, but completely silent, perhaps I was lucky and during the five nights spent, nothing ever prevented me from resting in the evening, sleeping at night and enjoying the morning! Very modern, clean and equipped room (safe, refrigerator, kettle, tea and teaware, iron and board, hairdryer in the shower, blackout curtains on the window, very comfortable bed, perfectly clean linen and towels, air conditioning. Wi-fi. Silent soft covering on the floor everywhere. The staff tries hard and quickly resolves any problems that arise! The only point that causes some discomfort is going through the security check area at the station every time. Takes a few minutes.

The sponsors of the fact that I am now awake at 06:16 are the wonderful people in the photo, NOT the hotel guests who had fun under my door for 35 minutes and the “wonderful” soundproofing, in which they did not invest a single ruble :) Administrator Tatyana, in turn , I didn’t see a problem with this :))))))))))) cool, super, thank you. I won’t come to this Hotel again 😍😍😍😍😍 Very sad, because the room is cool. But the attitude is the bottom :) oh yes. To all this: - in the storage depar**ent they returned my backpack, from which somehow things fell out while I was away) the admin doesn’t know how it happened, he said that other guests touched it. Apparently they opened it :) - the TV is VERY loud at minimum volume, which is why you can’t use it if you don’t want to disturb your neighbors. - the air conditioner periodically just starts making noise when it's turned off. It makes noise for about 7 minutes and turns off. Just for no reason) - cleaners walk along the corridor and yell from one end of the corridor to the other to each other when people are sleeping) Thank you, NEO, this is what you need to strive for if you want to fail miserably)

Very low sound insulation in the rooms. I was checked into my room at 22.00. When checking in, I discovered the sound of a TV working in the next room (behind the wall), which worked until 23, 24, all night and in the morning, leaving the room at 8.30, it was also working. The guest did not answer either the calls or the knock on the door and wall of the room. They refused my request to move me to another room and sold me earplugs for 50 rubles. They were of no use and I had to lay blankets in the bathroom and sleep there. I wrote a complaint in the book of reviews and suggestions, and formalized the complaint in writing to the guest relations manager. I didn’t receive an answer, they didn’t replace my number. On the morning of 06/10/22 the situation repeated itself. Instead of the planned 8.30, I had to get up at 6.30, since it was at this time that the TV in the next room was turned on, while the guest continued to sleep for at least another hour - the alarm went off 4 times with 15 minute breaks.
