前台工作人員非常熱情友好，這個酒店最大的優勢是價格便宜並且地理位置優越！去哪裡都很方便，附近有很多cafe, bars, grill等等店，最近的麥克海灘從酒店走路出發10分鐘就到，從小路可以過去。酒店有停車位，租車的話會非常方便。美國紀念公園也很近，走路20分鐘左右可以到。附近很多超市可以買日用品。
設施稍微有點舊，這也是為啥價格這麼友好。洗手池和馬桶都不是很好用，洗手液洗完之後假滑感很重。房間WiFi速度有點慢，飲用水每天衹有兩瓶，不過可以去3樓飲水機接水和拿冰塊。第一天住的房間205有一個燈壞掉了，平均每25秒會有click 的聲音。床是1.5的雙人床，中間偏高四周偏低，導致晚上睡覺感覺肚子比心臟位置還高，呼吸有點費勁。雖然看不到海景，但是白天基本都出去玩了不在房間，也沒太大影響。總體還不錯，對於預算有限的朋友是一個性價比不錯的選擇。

위치는 어디로든 갈 수 있어서 최고인 것 같습니다. 물도 다른 호텔에 비해 깨끗한 편인 것 같습니다.
호텔 편의시설을 생각하고 가시면 좋은 선택이 아니지만, 저렴한 금액으로 가라판 여러 곳을 가고 싶다면 최고의 선택이 될 것 같습니다.

we love staying at Serenti Hotel every time we are in Saipan. It's location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room is clean and comfy. I would highly recommend staying there. Oh and the price is really affordable.
