There were a lot of people at the hotel for breakfast and the service couldn't keep up. The dining area is small, and people are often waiting for food to be served. Even if the coffee is gone, many people are urging it to be served. Average service!

The walls seemed a little thin, but other than that the stay was good. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. All in all a good stay for a quick trip!

The other guests were disrespectful and were loud running down the halls and yelling at a late hour as well as 5 am people yelling outside.
And all night we were hearing someones extremely loud tv, we had our 10 month The old that kept getting woken up by other loud guests. The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. We will not be staying there again.

Room had hair, dirt, and wall scratches/marks. People were screaming in the hallway early in the morning and the rooms are not soundproof at all.

Their heater was broken in 20 degree weather with freezing rain. Despite paying a substantial amount for one night they could not accommodate for safe weather conditions.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. But someone tried to break into our room. We heard the door but thought it was the room next to us. When I woke up the next morning I noticed that our dead bolt latches screws were hanging out of the door on the one side so I called the front office to report it and the lady on the phone was really rude to me. I said I thought either they had given our room number and key to another guest by mistake that tried to come in and realized we were in there or someone definitely tried to break in. Either way she said in a rude voice we’ll it wasn’t me I didn’t work last night. Never once acted concerned about it or our safety so I hung up on her. I always stay in Laquinta Inns because they are nice for the price and offer free breakfast I’ve never had anything like this happen before. I emailed the hotel and they said they would look into it. That was a week ago so far I haven’t heard anything back from them.

TV did not work in assigned room. Front desk was quick to accommodate and get us into another room. Room was very nice and clean. A little dark as lighting was limited. Writing this review before bedtime- so far, so good.
