This is great hotel. Room was very roomy and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional.

This was an emotional trip - to support a close friend. During the stay the breakfasts were a great help to our schedule and pretty tasty. We were happy to be as close to our destination as we were. Due to a surprise time change in our trip, the folks were very helpful in getting a room on very short notice for one more person. All in all - very satisfied with Comfort in and the staff.

Good breakfast and a clean spacious room. It's ideally located, close to downtown and some shops and fast food close. Staff also very friendly!

I've stayed here before and I was confident I wouldn't have a problem booking here again. Boy was I wrong. On entry to our room we discovered bugs and a spider in the restroom. Ok, we think, this is ok we will kill them and move along. Well come to find out the bed sheets had not been changed at all, there was hair and who knows what else on the sheets. So we requested a room change, the next room did not have working AC ( it was 90 degrees outside) and once we entered the room we found a bag full of trash just sitting inside by the window. Ridiculous. So we requested a final room change and finally got something decent. Overall not impressed by the lack of cleanliness in the first two rooms and also the front desk receptionist. Safe to say I will think twice before ever booking here again

Traveling freely from LA with my parents The hotel is very close to downtown Salt Lake City Opposite is the Sheraton Nice environment Salt Lake City is the cleanest big city in the United States. At least have enough breakfast in the morning There is a gym and laundry room

This hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good. I will come again next time and will introduce it to my friends. The main reason for the high CP value is that the price is very reasonable and very affordable.

The breakfast is good, you can bake your own waffles. The sanitation is good. The room is relatively large, the sanitation is good, and the facilities are complete. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet and safe.

The twin suite is very large, and the sofa is in a separate room. However, the house facilities are relatively old, and the air conditioner is very noisy. The breakfast is OK, which is considered conscientious in this price range.

It needs modernizing. Fix the hottub allready! Rooms are smelly, hallways dirty and room was uninteresting in the decor. Bed was comfy! Its a beat-up property. Even the landscaping was bad. Better to pay more somewhere else than deal with this disappointing hotel.

The room (216) heater makes a terrible noice when starting up (every 1 hour or so) to the point that it wakes me up from my sleep. Needs to be fixed.

The room was dirty and dingy, it had water damage, the heater was stuck on and it was over 90 degrees in our room. They said there was nothing they could do and would "have the manager check if there was a discount after we left" absolutly horrible stay. And the parking lot is not large enough to acomadate all the guests so we had to park several blocks away in a dark parking lot.
