Even though the place is modest. The service is excellent. The attitude of those who serve is fantastic. Andrea the receptionist is very friendly and attentive. Don Raymundo the concierge is very optimistic and has a great service attitude. Its staff makes this hotel unique. The cleanliness is extraordinary. Hot water. Heating in the room. It has underground parking within the same hotel. I have no complaints and highly recommend it.

Sadly it has been one of my worst experiences in budget hotels. Because an affordable, simple and clean hotel is one thing; than a cheap, neglected and dirty one.
My room was on the second floor and possibly near the hotel's drainage pipes; Well, I had the terrible experience of seeing many tecuejos (small cockroaches) in the bathroom and in the room itself. The trash can with garbage and the bed with hair.
The young receptionist was very kind and was very sorry about the situation with the cockroaches, but he did not change my room, because he said that they had maximum occupancy; and the only thing he could do was ask permission to buy an insecticide in a store. The room was very fumigated but I no longer felt comfortable... I went to the bathroom only once and when I went down to the toilet, a large cockroach came out of a drain... and since it is an old hotel with carpet in the room, I couldn't even see if no cockroaches walked on the carpet. It was a quite negative experience, fortunately I only stayed one night.
But I have stayed in cheaper little hotels that do not have TV or A/C but have very clean rooms 😖

The staff's attention is terrible, the opening system on the room door did not work and they had to go open the door every time I entered. The opening was by means of a knife with which they crossed the door. And we had to wait until they could go up to open.
