The hotel is very new, far away from the busy city and very quiet. The hardware is very good, just like the pictures on Ctrip. The breakfast is rich. The guys at the front desk are very nice and can communicate easily in English. Friends traveling with us all said that this hotel was a treasure. Especially the environment around the hotel is comfortable and comfortable, especially suitable for a stroll under the sunset. The evening in Central Asia is very refreshing. There is a newly opened carnival a few hundred meters away from the hotel, with DJs several stories high who are having fun with music and lights. The snacks inside are delicious and not expensive, and there is also a commercial street modeled after a mosque, which is crowded with people. It belongs to the suburbs, almost 11 kilometers away from the attractions in the center of Samarkand, and Huashan Road is very blocked. I thought it was convenient to communicate with the Chinese hotel. How could I think there was no Chinese waiter. . . I knew it was better to live in the city. After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

Rooms are so clean. Couldn't find a spot in any of the surfaces. Me been a hotelier and understand how important it is. It seemed no one occupied the room previously. Towels , amenities in pristine condition. Nadir from front desk , the lady at the restaurant who served breakfast are classic examples of how a hotel staff should be . Well done. If the tour to Samarkand lasts more than 2 days, Silk Road hotels are your choice. It’s kind of like a suburb, but it’s 12 minutes by taxi to the center, 20 to the train station, 30 to the airport. Most of all, this area resembles the territory of an elite country club: a huge lake with boats, the Eternal City ethno park with art studios, wine tasting, a disco, security at the entrance to the territory, and everything is green and well-trained staff. You can safely choose any of the 5 hotels; they all offer an excellent level of service. There is specialization in the types of wellness programs (well, if necessary), but in general, each hotel is a hotel with a quality mark. They changed our hotel 2 days before check-in, but as compensation they kept the same price and gave us a better room. The breakfasts are such that they last until dinner, the products are of high quality, the preparation is beyond praise... we had them for an additional fee, but were worth every cent. The rooms are medium in size, but cozy, comfortable, the equipment installed is fantastic. Maybe that's why it sometimes crashes. But all problems are resolved instantly, the staff is clearly not only friendly and polite, they have undergone special training in hospitality, this is noticeable. The hotel is brand new, but this is probably 4+, although the food is 5 points. And at the same time, the hotel remains a place where not just professionals work, but nice and empathetic people. We were late for the train, a taxi was not called, the entire morning shift was involved in solving the problem, they helped, saw us off, and worried about us as if we were family. Respect. This became our key point - not just service, but a lot of warmth and involvement.

The hotel is located on a beautiful, broad tree-lined boulevard. It is close to Registan (about 1.3 kms away, a 25 minute walk) and close to Gur-e-Emir (800 mts , 15 minutes walk). The hotel is new, about 2 years old. The rooms are large and done up in old European style. The service here is personal with the owner himself helping and serving customers. The hotel arranged guides for sigtseeing. The hotel does not have a restaurant except for buffet breakfast which is served on the 4th floor. One good feature of the hotel, which I liked was the facility of filling water in bottles, which reduce the consumption of PET water bottles.

The hotel is located very conveniently.On the one hand, in a quiet place next to a shady boulevard, roses and fountains, on the other, within walking distance to the main attractions. such as Registan Square. Polite and highly qualified staff, comfortable room with large bathroom and a decent sized fridge. . The breakfast is very satisfying: pancakes, scrambled eggs, porridge, cheese, butter, bread, dried fruits, sweets, tea / coffee. We will definitely return to this hotel again with ours friends annd families.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful. As for the service, I put a plate asking for the room to be cleaned, but when I came back at noon, it was still not cleaned. The balcony of the Jr suite room was very large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very delicious. However, alcohol is not served, so it is not suitable for those who want to drink alcohol during meals. Overall satisfied as a 4 star hotel.

L'hôtel est bien situé, l'intérieur est bien aménagé, les chambres sont grandes et au calme. Malgré la bonne volonté et la disponibilité du personnel certains détails traduisent un manque de connaissance des traditions hôtelières : absence de bouilloire pour faire du thé, absence de bouteilles d'eau, absence de rangements ( armoire avec étagère ) pour les habits. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de qualité.

A very nice hotel in traditional style, and also very quiet and comfortable. I came here travelling solo to Asia for the first time and was a very pleasant surprise. I had a king size bed and private bathroom for a price which we can only dream about in Europe (incredibly cheap!) and breakfast is also very good and it includes Russian style fritters, cold meats, omelettes or fried eggs, teas or coffees, bread, cheese, butter, cucumbers, tomatoes… all included. There are balconies and a very nice internal garden to chill out in. Rooms are very big. I had to change my plans and check out earlier due to personal reasons, yet I will definitely come back. Also the staff was also very friendly and kind. The only little problem… some of them can not speak English.

Jahongir Premium is new and lovely. The room was spacious but cosy and well decorated. cofee and tea sachets were provided. There was a wide variety buffet breakfast spread which we enjoyed. The hotel was walking distance to most of the sights and restaurants. Staff was approachable. They were able to provide transfers at a reasonable rate. Only thing was that the heater Aircon was not fixed yet in our room so we had to just rely on just the radiator. We then asked for extra blankets in case it got cold as it was snowing outside but the staff was unable to provide them. Thankfully the heat from the radiator was ok. Since the hotel was quite new, this could be 1 of the teething issues that needs to be addressed. Other than that, everything was lovely.
