Agilizar la atencion en la habitacion. Ya que hacia falta jabon, tambien molestaba una luz de noche y ademas estaban dañados varios canales de television. Y se demoraron bastante tiempo en arreglar dichos problemas en la habitacion en que estaba.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y remodeladas, insonorizadas, excelente vista de la playa principal de San Andrés, muy buen servicio de todo el personal. Buena comida en el restaurante y un relajante jacuzzi en la terraza para terminar el día.

La mejor ubicación, la mejor vista, el balcón en la habitación es algo maravilloso, la comida es deliciosa, las habitaciones muy aseadas, el jacuzzi imperdible en la noche , y cafetera con tintico todo el tiempo..mejor dicho lo recomiendo 100%

Un hotel con muy buena ubicación, calidad en la atención y comodidad. Cerca del comercio, zonas de diversión y locales comerciales. buenas instalaciones y bien cuidadas. Algo para revisar el tema de la presión del agua en los pisos superiores.

Este hotel superó todas las expectativas que teníamos, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, frente a la mejor playa del centro de la isla. Las habitaciones son mucho más amplias de lo que se ven en las fotos, el balcón con vista al mar es espectacular. La atención de los empleados es maravillosa, doña María, don Roberto y don Jorge personas cálidas y encantadoras. Una estadía para no olvidar!!!

Cuenta con una ubicación excepcional frente a la playa, cerca de restaurantes a la carta y comidas rapidas. Al lado de un minimercado abierto 24 horas. El desayuno es bueno, la atención del personal muy calida, reserven el jacuzzi para terminar el dia con broche de oro. Excelente

Es un hotel extraordinario. Súper limpio, comida absolutamente deliciosa y servicio de alimentos y bebidas súper completo. Las habitaciones son súper espaciosas, las camas y almohadas perfectas para el descanso. Está a escasos 10 metros de la playa la cual está despejada en su totalidad. Un sitio maravilloso y súper recomendado

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación está al frente de la playa, una de las mejores playas en la isla, ideal para ver el amanecer, la comida es muy rica, las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias, cuenta con ascensor, jacuzzi es ideal para relajarse en la noche, mis hijos disfrutaron mucho la piscina, pero la calidez y servicio de todo su personal es especial, te hacen sentir como familia 10/10
