Room was clean which is the most important thing. Housekeeping staff was helpful when asked for assistance. Location was fantastic for our needs. Definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel except for the I10/1604 interchange construction.
Wanted to go to 54th street at the Rim and wasted over half an hour due in part to 1. my relying on Google maps directions versus my own instinct and going the '2 minute longer' route via La Cantera Pkwy. 2. My leaving my phone in my hotel room.
I liked the hotel overall and would stay again even with construction since learnt my lessons.

I was skeptical because they allow animals but the rooms are very clean comfy beds and friendly staff.

The hotel was lovely. The front desk people treated us amazing out of all the hotels I’ve been to their service was great and their pool was very clean.

Stay was ok. Had to change room due to tv not working. Has ice machine in hall but no ice buckets for room. No cups in room for water.

The room we got , the bathroom door didn’t shut, the room they switched us to had dead bugs in bathroom, empty cleanex box and a/c didn’t work that good. The breakfast wasn’t good either

The staff was friendly. The pool was clean bed was comfortable. Very limited selection for breakfast.
