Very distinctive hotel! However, the room was wrong. We booked a premium river view double room with a balcony, but found out that the room type we were given was an ordinary superior double room, and the cost was different. I was too lazy to change and didn't look for the front desk again. The room is small but the hotel environment is very good. It is found that the rooms booked by Ctrip are generally not as good as those booked directly by the hotel or other platforms.

We always love coming to La Mansion! Did have a bit of a hiccup as we were told upon checking in we would be on the same floor but, after getting our keys and heading to the room this wasn’t the case. No explanation or anything. Strange. Other than this wonderful stay as always.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. I very much enjoyed the rich history behind the building itself and all of the historical items on the walls with the information behind them. We will definitely be back!

Great stay the Omni remains our favorite place to stay on the Riverwalk. Always clean, great service especially the valets. So comfortable 😌 can't wait to go back.

The location of the hotel is perfect for access to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. We upgraded to a river view room and I’m glad we did. It was relaxing just people watching from our balcony. We were able to walk to the Alamo. The hotel offers valet parking but we parked in the garage directly across the street for $10/day.

I am a single female traveler. I was put in an exterior room of the hotel. I was on the street with a door, across from the parking garage, despite booking weeks in advance and checking in at 4:30pm. I could not open my curtains. I listened to my neighbour vomit the first morning and the garbage bins dropping outside at 6:30am on my second morning. I tried to eat breakfast in the hotel and was told it would be a 45 minute wait due to a private function. Great location, historic vibe but services were unimpressive. Wifi at a cost.

Limited 2 bed rooms with great river views. Most RV rooms are suites. If you are looking for 2 bed room, call them directly if they can accommodate your request for 2 bed room with great river views. The staff there are great! friendly & helpful! They will take their time to best accommodate your needs. I did a 5 night stay with my family and it was great!
