Nice hotel, near from Airport, free parking, free Bf, near from rental car & gas station

The room is quite big, but the facilities are old. Hotels in the United States feel old. Because I rented a car, the location of the free parking lot is relatively remote. The hygiene is good.

The hotel is convenient for returning the car, and the price is cheap

Convenient transportation, poor grades. I called for a pick-up but didn't wait, so I had to take a taxi to the store for 30 dollars. The surrounding environment is poor, the entrance is a highway, not worth a thousand yuan a night. On the next day, I transferred to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and the pick-up shuttle bus shuttled regularly.

It was very convenient to use the airport shuttle. The neighborhood didn't look very nice, but it's ok for a short stay.

Very suitable hotel for transit

I like the location, the family room, the breakfast, it's superb! The transportation to the airport, the parking everything except some parts of the room we were in has a pungent odor near the window, not much but for a sensitive smelling person like me I can smell maybe the curtain. But given the chance to book again, I will go with Atrium.

The property was clean, organized and very nice! The staff was very pleasant! The room was a very nice size with an Arch architecture that made it even a better looking room. The bed was very comfortable! Very good area!

For the second time I have stayed in this hotel, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night pulling everyone staying in the hotel, outside of their rooms. It appears to be a false alarm that is malfunctioning. I will not stay in this hotel again.

We had a complicated layover and they were able to check us in at 4 AM. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which was deeply appreciated after flying for 16 hours.

Overall good but too far off from BART and restaurants. Not sure how safe traveling during night time.

Immaculate hotel with early morning airport shuttle to SFO provides breakfast. Close to SFO. Pleasant staff & comfortable beds a plus. Definitely will book.again when flying out of SFO on future trips.

We were overall very happy with The Atrium Hotel. The room was large and well appointed including a couch and coffee table and separate sink with large refrigerator and microwave. in addition to the usual (but very comfortable) bed, desk, and desk chair (note that the chair doesn't go as high as it should for the desk). The hotel is very close to the airport, particularly rental car return (and a Costco for refilling the fuel). It's no luxury hotel but a great bargain. It includes parking (but better to avoid trying to park a large SUV), a nice lobby/atrium, and breakfast. The manager (owner?) actively looks for improvements (e.g., he asked us about his hotel, and we suggested a few minor breakfast improvements; he implemented most of those the next day). Yes, we would stay here again.

This was perfectly fine for a one night stay the night before our flight. We caught the complimentary shuttle to the airport, the driver was so unhelpful. We were the last to be picked up and so myself, my husband and two children had to stand the whole way to airport as there were no seats left on the bus. The driver was so rude. Room was comfortable enough for one night. No longer.
