Good vibes, good location
Best part - the staff, and the air conditioning! Overall vibe is chill, friendly community!
The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring San Clemente.
Worst part - someone tried to steal my bike in the parking garage while my bike was locked in the bed of my truck. No fault to the hotel, but be mindful when storing anything down there!
The rooms can use some upgrades - but overall it is a nice hotel and I will stay again if given the chance!

I didn’t like the hallway carpet to the rooms, it seemed dirty and hard to pull roller suitcases. Shower drain was clogged, issues with the safe.

The hotel was in a great location, walkable area for restaurants and drinks. Transportation was near as well and take us to the outlets, pier and other places. Would go back again.

Great place if you like your mornings bright
Super clean. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff was not the friendliest. The blackout blinds do not close and it is super bright in the morning(they were installed that way). There was no ice in the entire building. All the ice machines were in repair at the same time

Very convenient location, where you can easily walk to tons of restaurants, bars and shops. A bit noisy, due to location to freeway.
We had an issue with our room, and Daniel resolved our issue immediately. A professional who understands good the value of great service!

Amazing stay!!! We were upgraded to a lovely suite with a balcony. The staff were so friendly and helpful and parking was free!

Great staff, very attentive. We could walk to the downtown area and go bar hopping. Walk a little further and hit the beach.
