前台老奶奶人非常非常熱心！！距離little ltaly非常近，下樓就可以吃飯，走幾步就到海邊公園了，晚上去海邊散步，非常滿意！！就是洗髮水不好用，不提供沐浴露，提供香皂，其他的很滿意👍可以寄存行李這點就非常好👍

這家酒店可以説，除了價格之外實在沒有什麼拿得出來的。前面的點評説走廊裏有尿騷味，確實有那麼個味道，被子很糟糕（不經常住美國酒店的不要問怎麼個糟糕法），毛巾也很差，噪音也嚴重，每天早上很難睡過七點半。
安全其實問題不大，雖然外面馬路上的觀感不怎麼樣。到港口是很近的，就幾步路，邊上有個7-11便利店也方便，停車還免費，過了橋洞就可以上5號公路了。
怎麼講，聖地亞哥其他酒店是真貴，隨便都要900+起跳，看在這家確實便宜的份上，不宜給差評。

酒店位置優越，離幾個主要景點都不遠。
房間衞生狀況良好，但隔音很差。停車場就在後麪，還是比較方便。服務人員態度可以。

The staff was so polite and kind I really appreciated their hospitality it was really refreshing. The only things I have to comment on is the safety of the property one of the doors of the hotel does not fully close and anyone without a hotel key can enter and it made me feel unsafe. And the parking was also an issue there’s not much space to park, often times we had to park outside of the hotel lot.

The area was nice to be around and the room was decent. However, the restroom was not the best (crusty shower head and faucet) The hallways and the building were very dingy.
