Friendly staffs and nice service

The location is great, the hotel has a great a**osphere, and we had a fun night at the bar. . The staff were also very polite and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Very classy and superb location. Post Room has the best cucumber salad I've ever had! And the rooftop view from the Starlight Room is so special (we had amazing Old Fashioneds there). No issues with safety or unhoused people in the area. Bed was insanely comfortable. Just two complaints: the ******* 'includes all taxes' price doesn't really; expect to pay about $34 USD 'destination fee' per day extra. Secondly, the open shower means you will have a soaking wet floor every day, so request extra towels!

FRONT DESK STAFF was very professional. The entire HOTEL STAFF that we dealt with on this stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Paid a little extra for a room with a view but got a room that opens to the elevators. Night wasn’t very peaceful

Door keys kept not working- had to go to desk nearly every time to get in elevator or room- kind of a joke really- I spent a lot of time in line just trying to fix the key cards then it would work then it wouldn’t- both keys same problem

The property is truly an entrance into an earlier era while providing excellent rooms that are extremely comfortable and beautifully renovated. A renovation to their lobby floor tiling would add the final piece of perfection. The staff are extremely helpful and generous in their attention. I highly recommend the property, and would definitely stay again. A visit to the Starlight lounge on the top floor is a must! Breathtaking views and a lively vibe for drinks and conversation and even a bit of dancing.

Room was very small. As a result, what we paid for the room didn't feel like enough value. I did like the water bottles in the room and the option for re-filling. Also, the concierge (Lief) was very helpful and fun to talk to. He recommended a sushi restaurant that was excellent.

It was a pleasant stay. I didn’t think it was the cleanest nor the building was renovated. Overall it was okay

We stayed for three nights at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out we had a positive experience. The staff goes above and beyond: my only regret was not making a reservation weeks ahead of time for the restaurant: but we will be back!
