Great location and service. Breakfast is good but the same thing everyday. Lots of street parking available around hotel but read the signs carefully.

I stayed for 4 nights. Great breakfast selection. However, menu stays the same. It's crowded every day. Accessible location to touristy areas. Best to take an uber to and fro airport.

The hotel is in a great location, just minutes away by foot to Fisherman's Wharf. Lombard Street and Chinatown are both accessible by foot, as well as the trendy Russian Hill/Polk St area with many bars and restaurants. There are multiple rental car locations a few minutes walk away as well so that you can drive across the Golden Gate Bridge and go to the Battery Spencer Lookout or continue onwards to Sausalito and Muir Woods. Note that there are two wings of the building and we were placed in the wing separate from the main lobby and dining room, and the steps were not wheelchair accessible. The service and amenities are good, but we had a first floor room facing the street and it was quite noisy at times due to the poor noise isolation where you could hear people talking outside on the street quite clearly. Overall, the location was good and the value was quite high with breakfast being included (it was fine, nothing special).

People in California are generally warm and friendly! The room is large, there is a sofa, a refrigerator, and the environment is very good. There were a lot of people at breakfast, but the hotel staff arranged it in an orderly manner. It was very pleasant to enjoy breakfast while looking at the beautiful scenery outside! The location is very good, five minutes away from Fisherman's Wharf, the bus stop is at the door, and a 20-minute walk from Chinatown. By the way, you can store your luggage for free, which is great!

It is very close to Pier 39. There are many restaurants nearby. It is about 2 to 3 kilometers away from China town and Union Square. The breakfast is quite rich. The room layout is reasonable and clean. The staff is very nice.

The hotel itself is large and there will be many rooms. The hotel we arrived at before three o'clock also allowed us to check in early without charging extra fees. The surrounding area is safe, and there is a Trader Joe's where you can buy some snacks and water. The cable car pick-up point is also within walking distance. The breakfast at this hotel was the richest during our half-month trip to the West. We got up early and watched the beautiful sunrise in San Francisco. The only downside is that I did encounter the ant problem mentioned in the reviews. After we finished eating the fruit, we put the peel in the trash can in the bathroom. When we woke up in the morning, there was a dense swarm of ants. Fortunately, we didn't throw it in the hotel room.

It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf and very clean. The hotel's breakfast is very good and has many kinds. I especially like strawberries and cantaloupe. It's worthy of RIU! Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel!

The room was neat and clean and the service was very good. The transportation is convenient, only a 1-minute walk from Fisherman's Wharf. The only problem is that the roof on the top floor is sloped, so the windows are slanted.

The room is not small, and there are two single sofas. The hotel is on the fourth floor, but there are many partitioned rooms. The three of us booked a room with two beds, and it is no problem for two adults to sleep on the same bed. Breakfast is included and there are many kinds of food for many people, but the varieties are not changed (the fruits are 🍓🍍🍈 are particularly fresh). The rooms given by the hotel are also according to the remarks in my reservation. After comparing the prices, it is indeed the lowest price in XC. It is highly recommended for free travel in San Francisco. For accommodation, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the left and right of the hotel gate to find Uncle Supermarket, fried chicken, city sightseeing cars, a 15-minute walk to a large entertainment center, and a 10-minute walk to Pier 39. There are 3 Homeless restaurants nearby. , 4 people are not many. Note: The hotel deposit of 200🔪 will take 5 days to be unfrozen. The overall cost-effectiveness is still recommended to everyone (the food and wine bought in the supermarket in the picture are eaten in the hotel)
