The soundproofing is really poor. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're trying to adjust to a new time zone. For three mornings in a row, I was woken up at 5 AM by people walking around upstairs. On the other hand, the breakfast is quite good and varied for a hotel in this category. The best part is its convenient location near the ferry terminal and easy access to car rentals. However, parking is very expensive.

Stay for 5 nights in this hotel. Room was neat & big with 2 queen size bed. Location was fantastic, very convention to walk around all the popular locations. Breakfast was very good and impressive. Not much service provided, no drinking water provided, no boiling kettle. Salt & pepper was filled the other way around.

Excellent hotel, reasonably priced, with a safe and convenient location. The pool and gym are both great. Definitely recommended!

Service: All the front desk staff were incredibly diligent and professional. They answered all my questions and were quite enthusiastic. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. They even cleaned up the hair I had stuck to the wall! Location: It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf and feels very safe. The location is excellent. Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, so don't expect too much. Both the faucet and shower have low water pressure. Breakfast: Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM and offers a wide variety of choices. You can eat as many strawberries as you want, even the ones that cost $6.99 a box at the supermarket! Eating a good breakfast here can definitely keep you full until dinner.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the property. The staff provide excellent service and are extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude. The location is great and convenient, the price is reasonable and offers good value for money, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing – delightful and beyond expectations. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax and get a full, restful sleep. I felt safe the whole time, and the place was not intimidating at all. On the first day of my stay, there was a power outage which delayed the check-in process, and I was quite upset at first. However, the staff kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 3rd floor despite the difficult situation. Seeing how exhausted everyone looked, I couldn’t stay angry – they truly did their best, and I appreciate their effort and dedication. Overall, it was a genuinely relaxing experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for cleanliness, tranquility, great food, and heartfelt hospitality.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Pier 39, and there are multiple bus routes nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The room is also quite spacious, and the breakfast is Western style with a good variety of options.

Great location and excellent service. Just a heads-up, be careful when driving into or out of the parking lot due to the beams.

The strawberries at breakfast were a highlight. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. The footsteps from the upstairs room are very, very loud—so loud that they become a disturbing noise. The soundproofing between adjacent rooms is also very poor; you can even hear sneezes and nose-blowing with complete clarity. This is the only downside of this hotel.

They made me pay an extra $40 in taxes upon arrival, and parking was a ridiculous $60 a night. Felt a bit like a rip-off.

Very good hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was decent. The price (considering SFO prices) was very good. I would stay again.

The room was tiny, and the elevator was quite old-fashioned – it would always jolt before it started moving. Parking was also really expensive at $60 per night. On the plus side, it's very close to Fisherman's Wharf, just a 5-minute walk. It was also a short drive to both the Golden Gate Bridge and Lombard Street. However, the breakfast options weren't really to a Chinese palate's liking.

This hotel was a fantastic find for our trip! The breakfast was hands down the best we had the entire time. The location is absolutely prime, super close to Fisherman's Wharf, the cable car turnaround, and even a Hertz car rental office. Plus, there's an In-N-Out nearby! Our room was spotless and tidy, and there's a convenient store in the lobby on the ground floor where you can grab snacks. Best of all, the room rate was really affordable, offering incredible value for money!
