Location is good. Good neighborhood with many bus routes nearby. Room maybe small but this hotel is clean and cozy. Nothing fancy but It’s good for the money.

The rooms were fine, but there are only two toilets per floor, where there are a LOT of people, in addition, they do not clean the room or make the beds, even if they put a "maid" service, they only change towels. The staff leaves a little to be desired, but correct.

A clean room with refrigerator and tv and a view. Nice sitting area with coffee in the lobby. The staff is friendly and I would stay here again. The location to Restaurants on Haight St was .2 miles away or 3 blocks. We ate at the Dumpling Union, so we had scored twice without having to drive to Haight. We stayed parked near the Hotel. We paid more for a private bath but it was worth the extra money. It was clean and newly renovated.

This was a terrible experIence.
The room was dirty with Ants crawling the walls and on the bed. One of the windows didn’t shut and it was drafty and so incredibly noisy. Interactions with the staff were very unpleasant. I felt like an inconvenience.
I will say that they did let me check in late due to a flight delay. But even though I rung ahead to confirm that I would be late the staff member was very abrupt with me.
There was no complementary coffee or anything in the room and only a coffee machine in the reception area. But you could only use this between 9am and 12 noon.
Overall this was a very disappointing experience.

I didn’t like the shared bathrooms and when I tried to pay for a room with a bathroom in it the front desk guy was like this is the room you paid for and I work in hotels myself so I know you can switch rooms for a extra fee , I didn’t like how there was no elevator and we was on the 3rd floor was out of breath by the time we got up to the room and there was no ac in the rooms and if you wanted to look out your window there’s like 50 other people watching you there’s no views of the city unless you go in the hallway and look out the bathroom
