This was my second time staying here. The location and price are great, the building has a lot of old-world charm, and the rooms are spacious. They were happy to store bags before and after check-in and offered a convenient late checkout.

The hotel is located just outside of China Town. And it's only 5 minutes walk to the financial district. This is a small boutique hotel with its own charm. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable bed, great location near to Chinatown and about 5mins from BART station. There is no kettle in the room but available on request. Staff were friendly.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Close to everything Chinatown, Union square, Museums. It was clean and quite. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Would stay there again.

The location is very convenient; Chinatown is just a short walk away, and the transportation is excellent. There are also many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, all with unique features. Union Square is also very close, within walking distance. The hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby staff are friendly and welcoming, and there's a gym, although it only has three machines. The hotel felt very safe; there were no homeless people nearby. Highly recommended.

I originally booked only two nights, but decided to stay two more days at the last minute. The front desk extended my stay to a room on the same floor, saving me the trouble of moving my luggage. After a few days, I became familiar with every nook and cranny of the hotel. There are indeed only two elevators, and you have to wait a while during the morning rush hour, but the stairwell is very clean. I eventually just started taking the stairs, considering it exercise.

The room was well-maintained and spacious. The location is good, close to Chinatown, and relatively safe. Actually, all the attractions are within walking distance. If you want a more in-depth tour, you can consider taking a leisurely stroll. It's also very close by bus or tram.

It's right next to Chinatown, making it extremely convenient to get around. The rooms are spacious, odor-free, and very clean. Perfect for families with children. The hotel staff are also very nice!

This is a relatively compact hotel typical of big cities. The lobby and rooms aren't large, but they are clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. The hotel's advantage lies in its location, right next to the "Tianxia Weigong" archway in Chinatown, making it convenient for dining there. It's a six- or seven-minute walk to Union Square. The Montgomery station on the BART (Bay Area Rail Transit) is a 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to San Francisco International Airport and other destinations. In terms of value for money, this is a good hotel. Our only drawbacks were the fixed showerhead and low water pressure.

The hotel's hairdryer was faulty, the service was so-so, and the decor was outdated. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Chinatown. The front desk staff were quite friendly. If I were to travel to this area again for business, I would consider this option.

If you're looking to go shopping, this is a good place to stay. It's within walking distance of all the major brands. It's right next to the Chinatown archway. However, if you plan to go out and explore, you'll need transportation, so it might not be suitable for families with children.

The cleanliness was good, and the overall stay was comfortable. The room wasn't particularly large; it felt a bit cramped with two large suitcases laid out. There was soap, but no toothpaste, toothbrush, or slippers.
