Very comfortable bed, great location near to Chinatown and about 5mins from BART station. There is no kettle in the room but available on request. Staff were friendly.

The hotel’s location was excellent. Close to everything Chinatown, Union square, Museums. It was clean and quite. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and friendly. Would stay there again.

Very convenient location

The room was cleaned very clean and timely. The hotel is located on the edge of Chinatown, which is a relatively safe area. It is very convenient to eat and travel. There are many recommended restaurants nearby. The hotel room is quite big in San Francisco. Although the facilities are not too new, the service is really good. Check-in and check-out are quick and welcoming. In short, it is worth coming back!

The room is neat and clean, the room size is moderate, there is no smell, no bugs, and no noise at night. The service attitude is very good. We were given slippers if we asked for them.

The location is in the city center, next to Chinatown. It is convenient to go to various attractions. There is a Chinese-speaking waiter at the front desk. The overall feeling is very good.

The hotel is located next to Chinatown. The room is large, clean and bright. In-room Wi-Fi is also free. The shower is a type without a hose.

房間空間很大，雖然設備沒有很新但整體乾淨舒適，也有飲水機，房間隔音還不錯，只有窗戶的部分可能要加強，位置也還不錯。

酒店位子很好，房間很乾凈，打掃的負責人也很盡責，酒店到周圍遊玩都很方便，下次去舊金山還會繼續光顧的

Location is good for access to Chinatown. Not a lot of dining options at night after 9. Area seems safe. Property is older but in good shape. Great water pressure, good shampoo. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

In and out of the property at night is a hassle. Front door always lock and standing in the cold waiting for someone to open the door for you to come in wasn’t fun.
