The district is relatively quiet, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is clean, close to the cable car. A big advantage is free parking.

The rooms in this hotel are quite big. The bathroom ceiling of the room I just checked in was leaking, so I was moved to another room. That room was very ventilated.

Room was decent size and clean but beds need replacing. They are lumpy. There are no power outlets between beds but two are on the front of the microwave

I think truly the only complaint is that we couldn't find the remote anywhere in our room. We were only staying one night, and it was after a concert, so it wasn't a big enough deal for us to go bug the office about.

Room 207 was renovated and it was like staying in a LAB; like someone was going to enter with a lab coat on and exam me. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING RELAXING about the Lighting or decor. BE PREPARED TO GIVE THEM a $150 "Deposit". I made the mistake of giving them $150 cash and when I went to check out 18 hours ahead of schedule, they said they don't have a record of my deposit. I'm 77 years old and was here for a very important doctor's appt. The rate was cheap, but they will try to keep your deposit. You've Been WARNED.

Very nice property just off of Van Ness Ave. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The room was spacious but it took nearly 5 minutes for the shower to become hot. I would stay here again.

The room had very poor lighting in the bathroom, to the point where you could not see well at all. When I informed the front desk they said wait for the manager to return. Thirty minutes later I went back to the front desk and was told the same thing. Finally I was given a different room. Why didn't they offer this immediately? I never saw the manager.

I wouldn’t willingly stay here again. The floors were stained completely. The plugs were missing covers. The bathroom light was out. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. The shower took 10+ minutes to get warm and actually ran out of hot water by the time my kids and I were done with showers. The refrigerator was unplugged and there were burn marks behind it so I’m assuming it almost caught fire or did at some point. It was a roof over our head for the time in the city. Nothing more and not worth staying at if you have a better option.

The room smelled extremely musty. It was humid in the room which was carpeted. We have found better options for the same price.

The place is worn down and dated, but for the price in the area this was a great deal. I never felt unsafe and the location is great. I would say that the chairs in the room and the carpet have reached their end of life and the vents looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years but the bathroom was clean and the bed was clean as well. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The price for the room was very reasonable so I was delighted to discover such a lovely room, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, a table and chairs and a microwave and refrigerator. It was very attractive with the wood furniture and the beautiful armoire.

Unpleasant stay at the inn without front desk services, bathroom vanity and ceiling lights broken, no breakfast served as it is posted.
