The room is compact but perfect as it has everything that you need. It’s cozy and extremely comfortable. The common areas are clean and well maintained and the entire vibes of the place is just great.

That’s my second stay at CitizenM hotel. The first one was at LA and this one in SF. Really it’s my first choice due to the quality of the services.
It will be better if they let people do self check in without interrupting them.

The room is very modern and stylish. Staff members are very nice and friendly. The bar in the hotel will be the best and safe place to hang out with friends.

房間燈光很智能，早餐種類不太多，但美國吃早餐各個酒店也就那樣吧。地理位置很好，步行到莫斯康會館衹需要十分鐘吧！這塊比較安全。床很大，適合倆人，辦理入住與退房都是自助式，餐廳有微波爐可用，可以問服務員要熱水，房間沒有拖鞋，熱水壺牙刷等，有洗手液，沐浴露之類。

I really appreciated that the staff was kind to me. I liked the big TV and iPad in my room. Nice touch. The ambassadors were really helpful when I had brief questions.

The size of the room is small but just right for me. 2 people might be a tight squeeze unless you only have small luggages. Really nice cozy bed and pillows! I also liked that i could cast my mobile or tablet to the tv. Not much amenities provided but i think you are able to request for certain items if needed. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is just minutes walk from the BART station, union square and very accessible by bus, streetcars, cable car. I went everywhere on public transport. There were some unsavoury people at night near powell station and along the streets outside walgreens but just ignore and move on. I'm a solo female and didnt feel unsafe walking around that area. Probably just make sure you get back when nearby stores are still open and lit.
