This hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains. The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

Free parking, many under cover. Big, clean room with fridge and microwave. Property manager was very helpful - and quite funny! Nice coffee shop next door.

I had a truly wonderful stay. The owner who checked me in was one of the most courteous and welcoming people I’ve ever met — their kindness set the tone for the entire visit. My room was absolutely immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, and felt incredibly comfortable. The property was peaceful and quiet, yet still conveniently close to downtown, which made getting around easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, cleanliness, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be returning!

This was a great place to stay. I stayed overnight for an event at Hammer Theater which was less than a 10 minute walk from the inn. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The vending machines had a nice selection of drinks and snacks too. I really appreciated the included parking, and Nick the manager was so nice and helpful! I arrived a little early and he let me leave my luggage and car until check-in. You can tell he cares about the property and his guests. Academic Coffee is practically next door which made it easy to grab a great latte. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants as well as the Convention Center and the Center for Performing Arts.

Check in staff very courteous and helpful, room was clean and well maintained. This is a gem of a hotel and reasonable rates.
