Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado

The place is new and clean but there are some undone amenities. It doesnt destroy the atmosphere but it can be a little issue to some people

This hotel is clearly newly remote erythimg was so clean and new. The views are great. Right across the street from the beach and on the condado ***** so everything is walking distance . Would definitely be staying again

This is a new property and the rooms are comfortable and has a balcony overlooking the Bay. Although not in the center of Ashford, It is about a 10 minute walk.Loved that we could use the beach at Condado Plaza Hotel across the street.

The hotel is new, and facilities, including rooms, are attractive and comfortable. 1 BR with sitting area especially good design. Beds exceptionally comfortable. One of the best features is access to the pools at the Condado Plaza across the street. Bar and restaurant serve excellent drinks and dishes, with beautiful setting overlooking lagoon. The restaurant staff are outstanding. Dining room breakfast the only disappointment. There is some noise on busy Ashford Ave. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Place is well maintained. Service personnel are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. TV choices are minimal.

I was hoping for a better experience! My room had few issues; I sent a message to management, they acknowledged it but offered no help. Their breakfast area was a disaster. All available tables had dirty dishes on; I had to ask for coffee mugs and finally coffee few times, and my omelette, after I had waited for at least 30 minutest, had been given to someone else. I left very disappointed!
