The place, location and service is amazing. I only have one comment (which is a minor one). During my 3 nights of stay I had to ask for things like water, sugar and cream as it’s not refilled by default. Also I had to ask for slippers but it was provided immediately.

The room was very spacious and clean.
It was evident that they had taken good care of it.
I liked that it felt more like a resort than a hotel.
Breakfast was also great.
It was a room I wanted to stay in for a long time. I plan to visit again next time if I get the chance.

Nice property. Remodeled room seemed cheaply done. Staff was great. Unfortunately the smoke detector went off each night between midnight and 2AM making sleep somewhat challenging. I saw no posting nor was I advised they were having an issue with their system until I mentioned it to the front desk. No apologies were extended just that it was frustrating for them. Well…they get paid for their frustration and I had to pay for mine.

This was a big surprise. The staff was excellent which is often the case, but the amenities were off the charts. We had just stayed at a hotel in Davis with charges for parking and breakfast. Here for the “resort fee” we received free internet (which is often all that is included), free parking, a free happy hour with complimentary wine and beer, and the best free breakfast that we have ever had bar none.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it’s convenient, great room size. Love the happy hour and breakfast.
This stay, we were woken up at 5am (twice) by the smoke alarms blaring in the room. My husband went down to the front desk and the gentlemen, very rudely said “yea, this has been happening all week”!
First off, get the system fixed and don’t put us in the blocks of rooms where the smoke alarms have been malfunctioning. So annoyed.
