This Extended Stay on 18000 San Ramon Valley Blvd in San Ramon, has been a home away from home,until deciding our next steps for permanent housing. The front office staff has been professional, kind and on hand when we have needed them. The housekeeping staff works hard and also does a great job. Amanda,Melena and Sandeeya,have gone above and beyond with their hospitality and customer service! Amanda has a warm,welcoming personality and Melena is kind and efficient. Celso in the maintenance department is professional, efficient and gets right to work to resolve any maintenance situation. He was also kind to our beloved cats. It's because of this staff, we have stayed as long as we have. If you need to stay 3 days or 3 months, this is a clean, comfortable place to stay. There is laundry on site and kitchen amenities. A mini apartment with all comforts: kitchen with washing machine, spacious bathroom, axle wardrobe and steam-free. Extremely silent and dipped in the green, provided with swimming pool and fitness room (which we never had the opportunity to use). Breakfast varied and abundant, both sweet and salty. Located in two steps from shopping centres, restaurants and markets.

The environment did not say that there is even a home costco (member card and domestic general) across the road. Breakfast was a mess, except for cakes and sweet to over-baked biscuits, coffee and hot water is a highlight. This hotel (absolutely not a hotel) is equipped with a kitchen and is self-service type, which is used by locals as hotel apartments. The room is cleaned once a week, and everything else has to go to the front desk (pan, coffee machine, towels, etc.). There are no slippers. In addition to the large one and two small pieces of soap in the initial state, one small bottle of used shampoo and several plastic disposable cups.

Never would I ever expect this unprofessional treatment from a Hilton company hotel. I specifically picked this hotel to have a COVID safe girls day with family. I was looking online at the rates when a third party company e-mailed me about booking the reservation and I called the number. I wanted to confirm that the room service and pool were open since things are different with the pandemic. The agent called the hotel to confirm and they said that both were active and open. I'm not sure who lied- the hotel or the third party, but I don't think that the third party would lie if they went out of their way to call the hotel. We get there only to find out that there was no room service, the 2 ft long pool was closed for renovations, AND to top it all off, the hotel was 90 degrees. Our family couldn't even stay because a member of our party had a panic attack over how disgustingly hot and stuffy it was. Amenities aside- the air conditioning not working ALONE should qualify enough for a full refund. When I got home from the trip, I called the hotel and explained the situation and I was told I would receive a partial refund. Not thrilled but at least it was something. Then today I receive an e-mail saying my request for a refund was denied. They said it ”wasn't in the hotel's control” which is honestly bs. I understand that I booked through a third party but to have to deal with not having the amenities we specifically booked the hotel for, the AIR CONDITIONING NOT WORKING, and being LIED to numerous times, I believe is perfectly within the hotel's control. Hilton has enough money in the world to be within its control. Absolutely disgusting treatment and I will never be booking with Embassy Suites or any other Hilton branch EVER AGAIN.

This hotel has a kitchen, you can go to 99 Dahua to buy your own favorite, this is the biggest reason I chose this hotel. It is not the first time to stay, so the overall evaluation of the four stars. Dublin is not big, if you don't have a car, it may be inconvenient. It is also convenient to play usbe. Ole, supermarkets are fine. The only flaw in this hotel is that it is not eaten around, so it is more suitable for cars.

The location of the hotel is close to the high-speed port and is convenient for going out. Also close to the outlet, not bad. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym facilities. Breakfast is also good, very rich. Provide wifi service. It may take a little trouble to install hot water. Ample parking is available. There is no place to go shopping nearby. There are a lot of gas stations.

Very nice stay at Best Western Danville Sycamore Inn. Went with my wife to a 60th birthday party/college reunion in Danville at a friend's house. Convenient location with a very, very good Black Bear Diner next door. Food at this Black Diner was excellent and service was superb. This Black Bear Diner was exceptional. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Had all the amenities we needed, with a nice breakfast available in the morning. Friendly staff, happy to assist in any way. I'm very happy to recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice hotel at a reasonable price.
