Pension El Puerto

It's conveniently located with many shops nearby. The price is reasonable, but you need to be aware that facilities like the bathroom and toilet are shared.

The hotel has a great location in the old town. I checked in online in advance, but I received a signature and payment link via email. Since I had already paid via Triip.com, I had to confirm by phone to avoid double payment. I was given directions to my room, the password, and how to get the key in advance, but the explanations were insufficient, so I felt like I was trying to solve a mystery. The key to my pension room was after opening the first door, going up the stairs, and opening the second door. (I accidentally opened the breaker, thinking there was a locker with the key next to the first door.) I was initially confused because I couldn't open the bathroom with my key, but the location allowed me to fully enjoy the city of San Sebastian.

We loved everything: the accommodation, the location, and the excellent telephone service. Keep up the good work!
