Nobu Hotel San Sebastián

10/10 hotel that really lives up to the Nobu name. Rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. All of the staff we met with incredibly warm and went out of their way to help us every time. Would highly recommend!

Had a lovey time staying the Nobu Hotel. Very nice location right in front of Playa de la Concha. Dinner at the Terrace restaurant was lovely. Service was great. We stayed in the Deluxe room which was very spacious and very clean.

My wife and I had a covid wedding and had been planning our late honeymoon for years. We were so excited to visit San Sebastián and stay at Nobu. Unfortunately, our flight was cancelled last minute and we had no way to make it to our destination. We contacted the hotel immediately and let them know what happened. Even with an email from the airline confirming our situation, Nobu San Sebastián would not work with us to provide any type of refund or credit should we rebook our trip. I understand cancellation policies, but this was clearly out of our control. I guess pocketing our $2k was more important than keeping a loyal customer for life. Incredibly sad and disappointing end to an experience we were so excited about.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Well located with our room having a magnificent view of the surf. Outstanding bedding!! Delicious breakfasts. And every staff member was friendly and very helpful. It felt very luxurious and yet friendly and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Nobu! 15 minutes walking to the city center. Beautiful view of the bay from the room and could sit all day at the balcony and view the waves and feel the breeze. The breakfast was sumptuous and the dinner was great being Nobu! Considering the weather was good when we were there, they could have kept the terrace open during breakfast hours. San Sebastián is one of the best cities I have been to and will be back soon!

We were given a very warm welcome by reception staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Service generally was of a very high standard. Rooms are tastefully understated and well planned. The room we stayed in had a great view to the beach. Breakfast was excellent. We were very pleased we chose to stay at the Nobu over an extended time.

Nobu hotel really redefines 5-star luxury. We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and could not have been more impressed with the service and quality of accommodation. It was the little things; from leaving umbrellas in our hire car when they knew we were going to be out on a day trip, to arranging to have our flat tyre fixed, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was beyond friendly, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was decadent and you could literally have anything on the menu. A truly memorable experience and a special shout out to Sakura who made us feel very welcome. Thank you!
