優點 1，乾淨，新裝修
2，後面就是夜市，熱鬧，吃的容易
3，離江邊近，晚上走走很舒服
缺點 1，沒有停車位
2，驅蚊液缺了，找前台補了

演唱會前沒有漲價前預訂的，房間的衞生真的很差，電視機上以及桌子上門都是白白又厚厚的灰塵，書桌上也是厚厚的灰塵，入住的時候也沒問要不要吸煙，明明寫的是部分禁煙，就給了個房間很濃很濃很濃的一股煙味，體驗真的是很差

房間非常好 乾淨衞生 而且前台姐姐非常熱情 因為我是過來看演唱會的 很認真的介紹周邊的美食 並且告訴我怎麼回到酒店更方便 酒店工作人員都很認真負責 酒店周邊好吃的很多 旅遊出差首選 下次再來三明 一定還要來這裏 十分感謝工作人員這幾天的照顧

五一期間入住酒店——列西賓館，這是第二次入住這家酒店了。房間整潔乾淨，沒有異味，空調風力十足，該有的都有了。
