Upon arrival the clerk that checked me in made me feel unwelcome I felt as if I were being judged by the color of my skin by the type of service given to me they don’t tell you when you call in to confirm your reservation that they only take ONE form of payment, they also sent me an email the day before I checked in stating that I can get early check in at 12:00 for a small fee an late Check out at 4:00 for a small fee, they failed to accommodate me with something they offered stating that the earliest time they can check me in is 2:00 an the latest they can check me out is 2:00,I did the late check out for 2:00 I called the night before an they still bothered me by calling my room phone at 12:00 asking me was I checking out I said that I ordered late check then not even 10 minutes later some random guy knocked at my door asking me was I checking out it was so annoying, the room ran outta clean towels an toilet paper so I had to go to the front desk an ask for some the room was alright but it’s the service
