The front desk service was extremely poor, and the hotel environment was average. The cleanliness was subpar. The location was convenient, but the additional $10 living surcharge imposed by the front desk was absurd. Such an additional fee detracted significantly from the overall value and left a disappointing impression on what could have been an otherwise satisfactory stay.

Service office is helpful, request to changed second floor to first floor due my mom’s health. The location is not that bad. But the bathtub there is a bug crawling. The door step is too high when you step in, you got to lift your knee before you can step. Or you would fall. Breakfast is good coffee and waffles.

I was on all fours washing my head and buttocks.

It was good but some guy asked if I had a room there and what number at breakfast like I shouldn’t be there every thing else was great as like every stay there wish they would release the hold on my card for the deposit. It’s has only been 5 or 6 days but still it can be reflected in my balance the same day or the next Idk why some places the money there bam one day after check out. But it was good
