You pay extra for parking

I deliberately chose a hotel that is not directly on the highway, so it is very quiet The room is spacious and bright, and the facilities are good. The two big beds are very comfortable. I had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and it tasted good. Recommended

I enjoyed the attentiveness to cleanliness/details. Everyone was kind an professional. It was overall a welcoming, safe stay.

Clean room and public areas. Parking was not super convenient, but it's free, so all good. The valet seems a but pushy for tips.

Nice property, the front desk lady was slightly overzealous but I think that’s just her personality she could chill out though!

Great stay. Hotel was clean. Pictures when booking show balcony rooms, but that isn’t what we got. Still was nice room. We were there with our pet and they made us feel welcome with her. Only negative is their pet area is not very good (just dirt and rocks). However, there’s nice little pet area across the street that we used instead.

I enjoyed the self parking option they had. They had a nice pool/hot tub area. There are plenty of places to eat across the street and throughout the area where the hotel is. I also like that there was a little convenience store in the lobby with a complimentary microwave to use. The staff was very kind and everything was clean!

By far the most disgusting experience ever. The first room had pee all over the floor in the bathroom. Then they changed me to a room where the cover on top of the mattress under the sheets was dirty with hair, public hair, and other stuff. Never will I stay here again.

We have stayed in this hotel numerous times and have found the service and facility to be very accommodating. They do have a charging station but the plugs do not seem to work. If you have a electric car I would not depend on being able to charge at the hotel as it is first come first serve and they have not worked the last couple of times

Enjoyed the hotel room it was great! Breakfast needs a bit of work. My daughters eggs benedict she said were delicious: her hot chocolate was a swiss miss type that hadn't been stirred properly bits of poweder still visible. My coffee was weak, my american breakfast arrived luke warm. The service was very good but next time I would hunt around for a place nearby.

Loved almost everything about this stay! Very helpful Doorman when needed, parking was great, beautiful lobby and very sweet staff. Bar hours were extremely short and ended at 9:30pm. We had a large party and it would have been nice to hang at the hotel bar for a night. The hallways to our room had the same pieces of small tissues on the floor for the 5 days we were there. Our room was not the cleanest. The toilet was broken when we arrived but was fixed in a timely manner. The tub did leak a lot and was addressed by staff. Overall it was a beautiful hotel with good staff service, it just needed more attention to cleanliness.

Toilet didn’t flush fr the first 24 hours we were there. Front desk staff rude. For a Hyatt we expected much more. Will not stay in this location again

Very nice hotel, large well equiped room with opening balcony door for fresh air. Excellent in room AC/Heat that is quiet and simple to operate. Nice location, close to walking or bicycling trails, easy car access from Freeway but removed enough to be quiet. Highly recommended facility

Great property and rooms. Centrally located to great restaurants and shopping. Most are within walking distance. Loved that the property was quiet and had a large restaurant and bar.
