Hotel Riomar, Ibiza, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Very nice, clean hotel brilliant location, and very smart and kind staff 🙏special words for Melissa from reception with many thanks. we had a room with Seaview, and then the morning we watch sunrise.

it is a hotel that does not meet the expectations that one may have when booking it and that is a shame because we want to believe it. Arrived there, the staff is smiling and efficient, the breakfast, the living spaces are well maintained and clean and the Hando restaurant, known in Paris and in collaboration with the hotel, is just excellent. Unfortunately, you will be extremely disappointed for everything else. For 600 euros per night in high season, you will have the right to a too small room of barely 15 m2, a bathroom with faulty lights suitable for the disabled even if you are not, and has dubious architecture . Indeed, the shower cabin is not separated from the bathroom, you will very quickly flood your room, you will find yourself with water everywhere forcing you to put all the towels on the floor to avoid ending up with your wet suitcases, which must be on the floor for lack of space. Do not expect either to have an answer at the height of a luxurious hotel, because even if they recognize your problem, you will only have the right to 2 appetizers and a word of apology in your room but we will leave you anyway water and towels on the floor (pictures coming with my comments), simple way to ask you to be docile. I will recommend Hando restaurant to change establishment, knowing someone working there. Being a regular in Ibiza and beautiful hotels, I will not return and it's a shame because it could have happened otherwise with a little more understanding. believe me and go your way, there are much better for the same price.

The staff and hotel are amazing. The concierge Silvia was super helpful in helping us find restaurants with amazing food. The staff is super well trained and helpful. The hotel is beautiful all around. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, beach, foot, and friendly service. You can’t go wrong here.

Marta was friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful with wonderful reccomendations for our adult sons (clubs, water sports) and us (restaurants, other activities). We will definitely be back to visit!! Marta made our trip wonderful!! She checked in on us every day..signed us up for yoga, made dinner reservations and made sure we went to old town. The hotel was right on the beach, not crowded in May and staff was friendly. Breakfast (included) was great!

The Riomar is my favourite hotel on the island, one we will always be returning to. Andrea is simply a breath of fresh air. The service and quality throughout is so very consistent and I isn't always the case in other places I have visited. I run Wellness Retreats and my chosen hotel is the Riomar in Santa Eulalia because you are simply perfect.

My husband and I are currently on our last day at this hotel,after 11days here. The hotel is beautiful,food is excellent and the staff are all so friendly, happy and welcoming. They are truly the NICEST people in the best place. THANKYOU for making our stay so lovely. There is only one thing that you could complain about and that is the lack of wardrobe space but that is a minor moan,EVERYTHING is beautiful.

My partner and I agree Riomar was by far one of our favorite hotels we stayed at. The hotel rooms were immaculate with stunning views, huge comfortable beds, white decor which made the room feel specious and beautiful, huge sliding doors and floor to ceiling windows to watch the sunrise. And the bathrooms were incredible - modern design with beautiful lighting. The best part about the experience was the hospitality. We were immediately greeted at the door with delightful hotel hosts, welcoming us as we walked in. Marta, the concierge, absolutely made our trip to Ibiza one of the best we could possibly experience. She ensured we visited the right markets, booked us reservations at the best restaurants in Ibiza (her recommendations) to watch the sunset, helping us book a car rental and contacting us directly when she heard back from them. She checked in with us when we came back from our events to make sure we were happy with the experience. She helped us with transportation and gave us the best advice on how to take the ferry to Formentera. She even gave us recommendations at the next island we stayed at! She was so wonderful - thank you Marta for making our vacation so magical! One last note: do not miss brunch! The buffet has absolutely everything, including gluten free options for my celiac partner. The service was very responsive and the beach views on the patio could not be beat!
