Stayed again for 2 days.
It saves trouble and worry and is convenient.
Rich breakfast, gym and swimming pool upstairs. The weather is not so good, the swimming pool is not in use, the gym is used for exercise, and there is cold water for direct use. Very considerate!

Amazing staff and tasty food. I was helped by best staff. I am from USA and not easy to find people that speaks English. Front desk staff larissa, nejara and pedro all speaks english and just amazing. Breakfast employees sandra and angelina knows how to cook. In this hotel if you dont like scramble eggs they serve you, can ask person through google transalte make you omelette free of charge. Any questions you have go to front desk and they will help you. Will visit this hotel again on my next trip

Clean, basic lodging with small rooms. The restaurant had good food and service, I recommend getting the breakfast plan. A small but nice rooftop pool with nice views. There was a sauna and exercise room, as well, tho we didn’t use them. They were clean and nice, however. Convenient covered parking next door for our rental car for a small daily fee.

Bad hotel. Worst bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel: there's no door! There is no door that divides the bathroom from the bedroom and the toilet has a "glass door" that does not close off the entire space. Ridiculous bad. Horrible service at reception. Zero touch with customers. There is no manager after 6pm so forget about any help for your problems. The rooms are a good size, but the beds are bad. Breakfast below expectations. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel even for free.

As it is Hilton standard, the bed linen should be better and bigger. The bed in our room was King and the bed linen was much smaller, it kept coming off the edges, we didn't get a night's rest and I was very upset.
The top sheet also did not accommodate 2 people, it was too small.

Surprising! I expected a good stay but we were very well taken care of, from reception to breakfast, to our needs in the room. A well-prepared team ready for all help... and we need everything. Crib for the baby, extra blankets, room service, help with the air conditioning. We had an excellent experience. We will definitely be back.
