"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The bar and restaurant staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is very clean, and the location is great, close to Coroa Vermelha with many beach bar options nearby. Dinner options in the area are a bit limited late at night (only two places stay open), but this is balanced by the fact that the hotel’s own restaurant is very good, which we really appreciated. The only disappointing part of our stay was the experience with the reception staff. We requested a late check-out three days in advance, but no one was able to confirm whether it would be possible. We were asked to check again on the day of departure, which we did at 6 a.m. and again at 7 a.m., receiving the same response each time — that they didn’t know and needed to confirm. Unfortunately, the manager (Lazaro) was never available. After waiting until 11:45 a.m. without any clear answer, we eventually gave up and prepared to leave. Shortly after, they decided to grant us one extra hour, but by then we were already almost ready to check out, which made the gesture ineffective. Overall, it’s a great hotel with excellent staff in the bar and restaurant, but the lack of flexibility and communication at reception was frustrating. Just a heads-up for future guests regarding late check-out requests."

"Excellent accommodation, the hotel has a wide and functional infrastructure, with swimming pools, squares, green areas, spa, sauna, restaurants etc. All in perfect condition and very clean. Besides the architecture of the site, which is a charm with colonial and chalet buildings, the beach is literally in front, a paradise site. Food is good, with quality ingredients and typical dishes from the northeast, the general care is also excellent, careful and performing employees."

"Diving with Beach Bahia Dive and Adventures was an amazing experience. Firstly, their scuba rental equipment is in top notch condition. Almost feels like brand new. Secondly, Crele - the instructor and Rosanna - the dive master are very experienced, knowledgeable, and supper friendly. Crele is also an underwater photographer and shoots amazing pics underwater. The dive club is part of the Inn (Pousada) so this was really convenient and simplified the logistics around travel to and from the dive sites. I will definitely come back to dive with them again."

"The hotel is beautiful and the setting at the beach and river mouth is beautiful. Lovely sunrise and sunset looking up river. Beach bar close by was excellent too. Close to surfing beach at Mogiquiçaba. . The restaurant at the hotel served delicious seafood. We really enjoyed our stay"
