The scenery is beautiful, and for Santorini, the hotel is relatively large. There's a scheduled shuttle bus service to and from the town center. However, the facilities are quite old; the paint on the bathroom sink wall is peeling. This is my second time staying at this hotel. Currently, there aren't many guests, and despite many vacant rooms, they gave us a room with a dilapidated bathroom. Oh well, it's just for one night, so I didn't bother asking for a room change.

Enjoyed my stay!! The staff was really nice and friendly, had plenty of options in their breakfast range ( from vegans to non vegans, all), rooms were neat & tidy and the sea view was incredible. 30 mins walking distance from fira, though the hotel provide free shuttle around the day. Definitely recommend! Will visit again.

Our experience at Volcano View Hotel far surpassed our already high expectations. The level of service provided was exceptional, with a remarkably friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were nothing short of fabulous, not only in their design but also in their impeccable cleanliness and provision for all our needs. The thoughtful inclusion of drinking water and complimentary Nespresso coffee added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. The balcony afforded us a breathtaking panoramic view over the Aegean and the majestic volcanic mountain. The convenience of the hotel's transportation service to and from the charming town of Fira was a noteworthy highlight, making exploring the area a seamless endeavor. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of selections. We especially enjoyed all the local dishes. Our heartfelt gratitude for a truly memorable stay at your remarkable establishment.

Unbeatable scenery, complete facilities, warm and enthusiastic The sun always comes after the rain. No matter what the weather is, the scenery is beyond description; Santorini in the rain and Santorini in the sun are both infinite scenery!
