Vourvoulos, Santorini, Greece Mid-May 2023 for 3 nights. Cash stay which included breakfast. Property: Lovely property I would definitely stay here again. I loved the property being in the countryside away from the crowds in Fira. I kept waiting for a goat to wander up to my patio. Quick 5 min drive to Fira. When I arrived they gave me a tour of the property with a complimentary drink. I also liked that it’s not a huge property with hundreds of rooms. It’s the perfect balance between not too big or too small. Infinity edge pool - the main outdoor pool that is not heated, which is fine June - August. Loved the sunken seating area next to the pool. Lots of loungers, two seating areas with fire pits and a full bar. Indoor spa has an indoor heated pool, sauna, and several treatment rooms. Free shuttle to/from Fira and Yalos beach. 10am, 12pm, 5pm, 7pm leaving hotel. Pickup in Fira, 12:30pm, 5:30pm, and 7:30pm. Reception/Concierge: I was able to email with the concierge and reception leading up to my trip. They were quick to answer my multitude of questions. They booked my transfer from the airport to the hotel for me too. During my stay I was able to reach them through WhatsApp for dinner reservations and if I got lost etc. As a solo traveler in a new place it was nice to have someone to contact if something went wrong. Staff here are excellent! Room: Upgraded to a room with jacuzzi on the patio High ceilings and floor to ceiling windows out to the private terrace with private spa with views of the distant ocean and the countryside. I love that the bedroom has a ceiling fan! Electric sliding curtains. Breakfast: First morning I sat out on the restaurant deck surrounding the pool… wow that sun is bright! Beautiful looking at the ocean and fields… wish they would turn down the volume on the music.. perhaps play Greek music? Maybe it’s just me but I’m in Greece I don’t want to hear US music. All the waiters are wearing pants/sports jackets, holy cow cannot imagine how hot that will be in another month. To be honest I’m kind of feeling ignored. I finally had to flag someone down to take my order. Guess everyone else just orders the buffet. I ordered from the menu: french toast and one egg scrambled well. French toast was delicious (very small portion). The first egg brought wasn’t a plain egg it had some sort of meat cheese in it. Sigh should have just done the buffet. I’ve long since finished the French toast and waiting for the egg still… waiting and waiting… 2nd day I had the buffet and sat inside the restaurant. Buffet was decent and much quicker but I prefer ordering from the menu. 3rd day I can’t stand it when you’re forced to stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge you. 2 Waiters pass by I’m still standing here waiting for someone to seat me. Then when they finally stop, I asked to sit on the patio but in the shade. The waiter says no, the bus boy points to the corner, I can clearly see several tables in the shade. I can’t

Excellent service/staff, great location, great rooms. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a great experience. Food, spa was exceptional. And the view you get from the bar area is something that cannot be explain in words.

We visited for a little honeymoon and were unfortunately very disappointed. I have already written a formal complaint and hopefully this has been taken on board (we visited 6 months ago). Briefly this referred to slow and poor customer service (particularly at breakfast), unorganised service (forgotten to pick us up from town) and extremely bad management of allergies and food requirements. The later is why I’m writing this review, after staying in other hotels that have been fantastic with allergies I wanted to advise those with any allergies or food requirements to go elsewhere. We are vegan with a nut allergy. Nothing is labelled and although we were assured by email before arriving they cater for vegans - they do not. In fact, the chefs ended up refusing to make a vegan breakfast in the last day and the hotel manager had to make us something 😂 A very beautiful hotel but really 5 star hotels should not just be pretty but help guests feel relaxed.

My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. From the stunning location to the exceptional service, everything exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect combination of relaxation and adventure, and I left feeling rejuvenated and inspired by the beauty of Greece. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly memorable getaway in this enchanting country. I can't wait to return to this hotel in the future and create more cherished memories in Greece. I spend 3 nights 30/9-3/10 2023 The hotel is brand new in the unique island of Santorini ,3 km from Fira , the capital of the island!!! It’s a real 5 star hotel with a infinity pool with view . The breakfast area is amazing , as the buffet and the a la cart options . Snack bar offers a good variety and high quality products! Shuttle bus is free of charge to move in other points of interest The beds are fantastic plus the sheets and the fun !!! 100% happy for my stay .
