Magma Resort Santorini, Part of Hyatt

Beautiful resort. Amazingly friendly staff. We were greeted with a complementary room upgrade including a private pool. Breakfast selection is good too. Worth renting a car to get around but only a short drive into Fira. Would certainly go again.

Magma was the perfect beach getaway as we were welcomed warmly by the reception team. They are very friendly and know the island very well, thankful for their recommendations during our stay. Check in was extremely smooth and swift, the restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive, particularly Andreas who could remember our preferred choice of coffee without us mentioning anything! If you’re in need to unwind fully, the lava spa is definitely a must-do. Villy the spa manager was the most joyful person in the resort, always greeting us with the most sincere smile everyday. Her explanations on the treatments were very clear and put us at ease in deciding which is the best for what we needed. The therapists Ellie and Daniella have the best techniques in massages. Truly a bliss to have stayed at the Magma Hotel! Highly recommended.

Amazing resort. Very calm and tranquil. Staff super attentive nothing is too much trouble. It is a 15 min free shuttle away from Fira. The hotel also organised taxi to Oia for us. The best breakfast I have ever experienced, the choice was amazing. Massage at the spa was lovely and the staff professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to couples looking for a peaceful, stunning get away.

Our stay at Magma Resort Santorini was truly exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Marios, Sara, Nasir, Anthemis, Vasilis, Nefeli, Elli, and Virginia, who all went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed every day. Sara deserves particular recognition for her outstanding guest relations. We can completely understand why so many guests mention her exceptional service and attention to detail. We would also like to thank the golf buggy drivers, who were always friendly, prompt, and happy to help with a smile. Their service added an extra level of comfort and convenience throughout our stay. Every member of the team contributed to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Thank you all for making our Santorini holiday so special. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Ava and Sophia want to come back already! Highly recommended — 5 stars!

10/10 One of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. Lovely location in Santorini. Everyone is kind, generous, and attentive. The spa staff are amazing and understand your needs. I also highly appreciate the Magma Restaurant for their gesture to celebrate my graduation milestones. Will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommend.
