自助酒店，沒有前台，沒有工作人員。並不是憑護照就能入住，需要自己用whatapp聯繫酒店並且根據網址自己註冊。如果初次來巴西或者不會葡語請慎重選擇。如果有經驗或者追求新潮可以嘗試

Construction noise late into the night was awful! Very clean property. Check in is painful! Check out time is too early. Pool is great. Fitness is good.

I didn’t even get to use my stay as it was available on the website to be used on the same day, so I got the reservation. The property requires a 24h notice with your info to let you in and kept saying they didn’t have the reservation number. So I just wanted my money.

Apartamento muito bom, amplo, bem iluminado e ventilado (Com porta janela e sacada). Chuveiro ótimo porém banheiro pequeno como de avião. Móveis e utensílios novos com Cafeteira e microondas. Não há serviço de quarto (limpeza e arrumação) diário, exceto se pagamento extra.

O apartamento é muito bom, estrutura excelente e é muito moderno.
O auto check in por reconhecimento facial funciona maravilhosamente bem.
Uma sugestão não só para esse local como outros Charlie, seria adaptarem os horários de check in e check out para o que é praticado na maioria dos hotéis em São Paulo. Check in a partir das 14h e check out até meio dia.
O preço do estacionamento é bem salgado. Deveriam negociar um valor menor para os hóspedes com o parceiro terceirizado.
No geral, a experiência foi muito boa. Recomendo.

Para quem deseja se hospedar próximo ao aeroporto de Congonhas é uma ótima opção. A hospedagem é self check-in, toda feita de modo remoto. Não há portaria presencial. Os apartamentos são novos e limpos. Só achei o banheiro pequeno, mas não atrapalhou a estadia.
