Comfortable, very clean room, just like the photo. I had an issue with the room when I arrived, but the building's caretaker was very attentive and resolved the problem quickly. The studio street is very busy.

Very dangerous location! Pretty bad, really! All bad. Dirty walls, dirty duvet, bad pillows. Bad shower. Apar**ent on the ground floor. Weird!

The stay was wonderful. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to have recommendations for places to eat, tours and entertainment for those who don't know SP. I also missed information about TV channels. Everything was perfect!

Very good. As I always stay in a hotel close to the subway, I missed this aspect. At first glance, the building gives the impression that it was not a good choice, but when you enter the apar**ent itself it is very cozy.

Excellent stay, easy and quick check in, great communication with the owners, the apar**ent was very clean and smelling good, I thought the location was also excellent and there are parking lots and a grocery store on the same street! I will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable app, everything is brand new, the neighborhood is very quiet, on the same street there is a bakery, market, theater bar, very good area,
The hallways are clean and very quiet!
The place is very safe
