Strategic location to reach key destinations in Hokkaido. Staff are accommodating and very respectful; we felt valued despite language barriers.

Room size was bit small. Location of TV needed to redesign as it was not in front of the bed. The refrigerator is very good as my soft drink was almost frozen. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is good to know that they have a lounge for in house guest to relax including Massage Chair on 2F.

Very nice staff, cool location, transportation is very easy to catch up.

Hotel staffs are nice and friendly. The room is clean and has decent size for one person. However, it’s 10-12 mins walk from the station.

It’s close to mini marts where you can buy made in Sapporo stuffs.

Hotel is quite good in term of location, cleanliness - but front desk staff is bad as his behavior toward guests seems inappropriate.

Hello, I booked 1 night at the hotel last week for my business. The hotel was cleaned, staff is friendly but they didn’t speak english. It is very noisy at night because the speaker at corridor. They open too aloud then I can not sleep even I am tired after long day :(((

I stayed at this business hotel and was impressed with the separate bathroom and toilet, the microwave in each room, and the extremely comfortable bed. The entire room was clean and relaxing, and it was equipped with a desk for work and high-speed internet. The staff were quick to respond and I enjoyed a comfortable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This time I stayed with my 3-year-old daughter. The room was clean and comfortable, with a microwave, refrigerator, and hair dryer. There was also a 24-hour supermarket nearby, which was convenient.

When I made the reservation, I requested a room on a high floor as far away from the elevator as possible, but they completely ignored me. I also mentioned this at check-in, but they completely ignored me. I don't recommend this place.
