"Good location, nice food (breakfast buffet and restaurant), good service and staff. Facilities are also remarkable. Recommend to stay here!"
Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel ★★★★
"This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Susukino, right on the main street and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and nightlife. If you're looking to stay in a lively and vibrant part of the city, this is an excellent choice. The breakfast offers a good mix of both continental options and Japanese specialties. The room was comfortable despite it wasn't particularly large. Overall, the hotel's prime location, convenient access to local attractions, and satisfying breakfast make it a great option for anyone wanting to experience the energy of Susukino."
Cross Hotel Sapporo ★★★★
"Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. Every team member made us feel welcomed and valued. Their warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. We are grateful for the wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!"
SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL ★★★★★
A stylish and modern 4-star lifestyle hotel for visitors who want a chic stay with excellent access to transit, dining, and entertainment.
Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo ★★★★
"The breakfast view with the snow falling was beautiful, and we enjoyed a leisurely meal. The location is also very convenient; even on a snowy day, it only takes 2 minutes to get to the underground passage, which connects everywhere. Walking to Boyeo only takes about 15 minutes. The airport bus stop is also just a few minutes' walk away. Plus, it's one of the first few stops to the airport, so you won't have to deal with long queues or potentially not getting a seat like those staying in Boyeo."
Grids Premium Hotel Otaru ★★★★
"Wonderful views with kindly services"
Hotel Emion Sapporo ★★★★
"The location is great! It can be accessed by an underground walkway connecting to the Sapporo JR station, so even when it rained, there was no problem. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than anticipated. No complaints!"

"Hotel lobby is big and beautiful. Hallway to the rooms is quite dark. Bed is not firm, so it tends to sink in after awhile"
Jozankei Daiichi Hotel Suizantei
"22 -month baby and family trip Usually, other lodgings receive a free or additional fee for less than 24 months. Check -in is said to be not used for public facilities. At the time of booking, minors thought it was impossible to use without a guardian. Stay with protection, but don't go outside ?? ;;; yes????? I can't use the sauna and there is no restaurant What kind of love hotel here? It's not a motel. Think about various things from the hotel's point of view If you are concerned that your baby is peeing in the bath, you can understand it. Because of the dinner, I ran three hours without a rest area in Biei. I ask if I can't eat at the baby and the restaurant. I'm kidding ... I don't like it It is said to be brought to the room. Breakfast is said to be a lunch box with a baby with a baby .. In the room, a plate was delivered at the same time as dessert ice cream. After eating, Ice cream is melted Less amount of meals, so it's too late and there's no nearby restaurant Driving 50 minutes to Sapporo City and eating . Breakfast also a cold grilled fish with cold rice. The drink lounge is shifted to the store. I saw it when I close… There is no sense of unkind in their laws. Because I couldn't use the baby lounge or rest facilities The baby hides and hugs the baby to make a sound or avoid it. InterContinental Sapporo by IHG
"Overall, I was very satisfied. I felt safe and relaxed throughout my stay. The service was excellent across the board, truly worth the price. The room was new and very clean, and the room service was both delicious and reasonably priced. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep very soundly. The location is convenient; it's a three-minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station's Exit 1 on the Namboku subway line. Susukino is a ten-minute walk away, and Odori is fifteen minutes. Of course, there are always taxis available right outside if you prefer not to walk. The window view was beautiful. However, in mid-to-late April, many scenic spots and attractions in Sapporo and Hokkaido haven't yet reached their peak (e.g., the cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed). If your primary purpose is sightseeing, you might consider visiting at a more opportune time."
Jozankei View Hotel
"Hotel is a bit far away from the Main Street and no transport to the sight seeing spot. Need to walk for at least 20 minutes during the heavy snowing time! Room facilities and food is acceptable. Onsen satisfactory and average."
Chateraise Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo Hotel & Spa Resort
"It was so amazing I've already booked another trip and will be going two more times this year!"
APA Hotel and Resort (Sapporo)
"The bath was excellent."
Hotel Torifito Otaru Canal
"Not too far from Otaru Station. Staff was helpful and friendly. I like it!"
Premier Hotel -Tsubaki- Sapporo
"Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day. Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation. Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious. Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo."
Grand Blissen Hotel Jozankei
"Facilities: Excellent, and very convenient for the convenience store. Hygiene: As always with Japanese hotels, it was spotless. Environment: Very comfortable and relaxing, and the snow view was beautiful. Service: The staff's English wasn't great, but they were incredibly dedicated and tried their best."
FAV LUX Sapporo Susukino
"This hotel is in a prime location in Sapporo city center, making it super convenient. There are many parking options nearby, and they're all reasonably priced. It's also very close to the famous sea urchin restaurant, Seiichi-ya, right next to Nijo Market, and the Royce Chocolate Factory. The hotel facilities are brand new, and the design is quite avant-garde. I highly recommend the hot spring on the second floor; it's incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast served in the morning is also very thoughtfully prepared, and the coffee is excellent."
Nest hotel alt. Sapporo Odori(September 2026 Opening)
"The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from Odori Park and with super convenient subway access! It was wonderful to enjoy the Summer Odori Park Beer Garden, simply strolling around and grabbing a beer 🍺 – what a beautifully relaxed pace of life! The only minor drawback was the room being a bit on the small side... On the bright side, with department stores nearby, shopping was incredibly convenient!"
The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park
"We had a wonderful stay at The Royal Park Canvas Sapporo Odori Park. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to Odori Park, shopping, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful rooftop area. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo. Highly recommended!"
Sapporo Park Hotel
"This is an older five-star hotel, located in a park. The environment and views are quite good. Breakfast was okay, but staying for three nights, I really felt there wasn't much variety. The Japanese-style portions were very small, making it feel not worth it. There were more options for Western-style food. Water is provided in the room per person, and additional bottles cost 100 yen each. The service from this established brand was standard and professional, but it felt very distant. The airport shuttle bus only has two morning departures from Nakajima Park; at other times, there's no shuttle from near the hotel to the airport, which isn't very convenient. It's only about a subway stop's walk to Susukino, which is alright."
KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Susukino
"The location is great, just take 10mins walking to the shopping centre, but the hotel has too few parking spots and no reservations can be made, and it’s hard to reserve it since it can be reserved for many days at one time ."
