"Just amazing !!!! Room is new , big and clean . The public bath is very comfortable. Lobby is huge! Love that they have coin laundry at every level at the annex, the price is very affordable as well ! Cons: The breakfast can be improved, just basic stuff , not impressive. Hotel Sosei Sapporo - MGallery Collection
"I had a really wonderful stay at Hotel Sosei Sapporo (MGallery Collection) and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hokkaido. From the moment we arrived, the hotel already stood out with its beautifully designed entrance and lobby. The entire space feels like a curated designer showroom, every corner is thoughtfully styled and incredibly aesthetic, with plenty of Instagram-worthy spots. The room itself was very cosy and comfortable. You can tell that a lot of attention has been put into the details, from the furnishings to the amenities. Even the smaller touches, like the toiletries and hair dryer, felt premium and well-designed, which really elevated the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and hospitable, making us feel welcomed right from check-in. Their attentiveness definitely added to the comfort of the stay. Overall, I would rate this hotel 9.5/10 and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Sapporo."

Chateraise Gateaux Kingdom Sapporo Hotel & Spa Resort
"This was probably the anti- climax of our trip. Having been to Sapporo and Hakodate, I thought that a relaxing vacation at a hotel/Spa would be a good retreat before coming back home. Instead this place was a total letdown. 1). The place is dirty...It looked like it has been bought over with no renovation done. The carpets are smelly and moldly. The furniture looks dated. The bed has an awful ordour. 2). The facilities...They gym equipment is so old that it looked like it was there since the 70s. And the have the audacity to charge you for usage of the gym. 3). Half the facilities are closed...When we got there hoping to play with the slides and soak in some sun, the adult pool was closed and so were the tube slides. 4). The staff...They cannot speak English and there was a female staff at the Spa counter who ignored answering and just looked blindly through you. At least Trip.com or the hotel should inform the consumer that the main facilities are closed. Nobody informed us. In the future, it would be good to inform customers that such a place is mainly for kids and their Englsih comprehension and communication is limited. I would not recommend this place to anyone travelling far from abroad."
Jozankei Manseikaku Hotel Milione
"Good location, very big room so comfortable for 5 people. Our room was good view and clean. The location easy to go to many travel spot."

karaksa hotel Sapporo
"Very convenient"
Hotel Monterey Edelhof Sapporo
"Hotel was gorgeous but staff was not very helpful and sometimes downright rude. English fluency is lacking in the front desk staff, which was surprisingly given the hotel architecture. Public bath facilities are extensive but small. In general, expect rude service but good facilities."
Cross Hotel Sapporo
"The hotel is a bit old, can be seen from the toilet type and overall bedroom + bathroom design. But still functioning properly. Bed is on the softer side. We can see mountains afar from the window. They receive my takkyubin well and it has been waiting inside our room when we check in (got 30 mins earlier check in). Service is friendly! Cleaning service every day is nice. Location is not really close to train station but there are a few exits within walking distance, though it’s not right nearby. We got access to the lounge as we were staying in Cross Floor, but the snacks variety are small and the same everyday. Freeflow wine and beer is cool though. We mostly just eat the nuts. Maybe better if you can provide Hokkaido milk instead of these sugary drinks. Thanks!"
Premier Hotel -Tsubaki- Sapporo
"The room was spacious, which was great, and the furniture had a traditional feel to it. Although the location is slightly outside downtown Sapporo, it’s not far at all geographically. It’s within a comfortable walking distance if you feel like stretching your legs, and the area is quiet. I would highly recommend it to anyone who prefers a calm and peaceful place to stay"
SAPPORO HOTEL by GRANBELL

Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo West
"We were a family of 3. Room was spacious enough for our 3 luggages. TV also had information regarding the status of the onsen and washing machine which was a nice touch. The counter staff also spoke good English and were generally very helpful. The free drinks in the lounge and bottled water in the room were very welcome too."
