"I have a mixed feeling regarding this round of stay, my first visit years back was great. I can't say the same for this time. We took a 7 hours overnight bus ride from Sapporo, arrived at the hotel at 6.35am. There was no one at the reception nor lobby, which is fine. We saw there was coffee and rolls served at the open area and were thinking of getting a cup of coffee after a long overnight bus ride. Then there was this old man, hotel staff, jump out from no way chasing us away saying this is only for hotel guests. This is not a Japan warm Hospitality which we used to. I think we are not your guests until we receive the room key at 3pm. We don't felt welcome"
