"Not bad. It's located right above a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants downstairs. The most famous breakfast spot is on the first floor, and the subway entrance is right outside – the location is unbeatable. The room was a bit small, even after the front desk upgraded our room type, it still felt quite tiny, haha. The front desk area is decorated with a lot of style. I accidentally triggered something, and the power alarm went off. The staff said it was due to some mist and resolved it quickly."

It was wonderful to enjoy the Summer Odori Park Beer Garden, simply strolling around and grabbing a beer 🍺 – what a beautifully relaxed pace of life! "The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Sapporo JR Station. To get there, exit the South Gate, turn right (without crossing the road), and follow the sidewalk; you'll know you're close when you spot the Rokka Tei building. The service was exceptionally attentive: staff at the entrance immediately came over to assist with our luggage the moment they spotted us, and after check-in, another staff member personally escorted us with our bags to our room door.
The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. However, the toiletries were all mini-sized, which I found a bit inconvenient and insufficient, especially after staying in numerous other Japanese hotels.
The breakfast spread was fantastic and offered excellent value for money. The hotel is also within walking distance of Tanukikoji and Odori Park.
Additionally, there's an airport shuttle bus stop at the hotel's back parking lot. However, it only operates four services in the morning; for other times, you can catch a bus from across the JR Station."

"Our tatami room was quite spacious. There was even enough room for kids to sleep on futons, making it great for family trips. Breakfast was average. The surrounding area is pretty rural, which is understandable given it's Chitose. For future stays, I'd prefer a location closer to the city center."

MMaer83This is a brand new hotel, perfectly situated with Nakajima Park and the Toyohira River right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. Both the facilities and service are fully up to Marriott's usual high standards, leaving no room for complaint. Our children particularly adored the sweet ********* lady at the front desk.
My only minor gripe is the hotel lobby; it's quite small and feels crowded with just 3-5 groups of guests, which doesn't quite match the caliber of the hotel.

11395170****The location is excellent, just 400 meters from Sapporo Station. There are several large shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The front desk is on the second floor, and the lobby is spacious and bright, with a free coffee machine offering delicious coffee and cocoa. However, there's no hot water available, but thankfully, there are self-service beverage vending machines on the second floor where you can buy water, as well as an ice machine.
The room is about 26 square meters, with a separate wet and dry area. It's neat, clean, and well-equipped, offering both a shower and a bathtub for a very comfortable bathing experience.
The front desk staff were very friendly.

I'm thoroughly impressed with our recent stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch - I mean, no dust on the windows? That's dedication! The staff's attention to detail was also impressive, with fresh towels delivered to our room every single day. We appreciated the ample supply of bath towels and face towels, too!
The hotel's amenities were great, including the free coffee and tea in the pantry, which was a lovely touch. Ice is also free. We also appreciated being able to use the pantry to enjoy our takeout. The elevator was speedy, and the Sapporo TV tower view from our room was a highlight for the kids!
The location was perfect, with Odori Station just steps away and an amazing miso ramen shop right beside the hotel. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the heated toilet seat was a nice touch. The air conditioner was quiet, which was a bonus.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and the lighting could be brighter. The laundry soap in the washing machine didn't leave a pleasant scent on our clothes - it actually made them smell a bit off. We appreciated being able to check the washing machine timer on the TV, though.
Despite these minor issues, we'd still recommend this hotel to others. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and we'd definitely consider staying here again. The bottled water was a nice touch, but we would've appreciated a few more bottles.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised by the excellency of services and amenities in this hotel. I stayed 6 nights so I got to use everything. Great breakfast, very professional staff (front desk, restaurant, room cleaning…), 24 hrs open washing room, little details on the room such as phone chargers, toothbrush, clothes drying rope, vending machines on many floors, little shop inside the hotel with a good selection of souvenirs and everyday needs, scale for luggage, iron board upon request, all in all, everything you need. Very close to both Hokkaido University and station. Spacious room with a proper desk to work, and coffee table. Ask for a south or north facing room if you care about direct daylight. I asked to change and I am happy that they gave me a room with sunlight! Would recommend %100.

The small indoor water park was enjoyable, though access to the slides required renting additional equipment, which felt unexpected given the room rate. The Western-style room, while functional, appeared dated, particularly the furnishings, and the pillows lacked adequate support. During our two-night stay, the breakfast and dinner buffet menus remained the same each day, which limited variety.

OOnanongThis is an excellent place to stay in Hokkaido. The location is quite convenient to get to, and there’s an affordable car park available at the entrance of the alley. The surrounding area has restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The accommodation is not far from Susukino district, and it’s about a 15-20 minute walk. The check-in process might be a bit complicated, but the host provides clear and helpful instructions.
The interior is more spacious than I expected. Upon entering, there are two wardrobes where you can hang coats or winter clothes, with plenty of hangers provided. There are 2 bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 2 sinks. Bathroom amenities include towels, head towels, soap, shampoo, and extras like hair ties, cotton buds, and shower caps. A washing machine is also available, complete with detergent, bleach, and drying racks. Clothes can be dried using the heat from the heater, which is very convenient.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cutlery, and even a sink. In the living room, there’s a dining table with chairs, a sofa set with a coffee table, and a TV. Beyond that is the sleeping area, which has one large bed and two bunk beds. Each bed has its own power outlet for charging devices, which is fantastic. There’s also a small table by the window, perfect for use as a makeup station.
This is a place I would love to stay at again. It holds wonderful memories for me, and I can still picture how everything looks. Thank you for providing such a lovely and reasonably priced accommodation. I absolutely love this place!
