The hotel is clean and has a decent size. The only downside for us is the distance to Susukino, which is around 20 minutes walk especially in winter time.

Not really as pictured. Very basic, building is a bit shabby and it’s quite dull inside.
Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes.
A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email.

The only drawback was having to first go to another location to check in.
Fortunately we were able to easily procure a cab from the street to get from the checkin location to our accommodation. It was definitely small but clean and in a convenient location to the train and lots of restaurants.

マンションタイプは初めての利用でした。パジャマ等の寝具がないので準備があるといいと思います。部屋感覚なので落ち着きますが、アメニティ等はほぼ無いので、長期滞在向きなんでしょうね。要望としては、キッチンの洗いカゴと布巾類が使い捨てで良いので
あったらいいなと思いました。場所も繁華街から近いけどうるさくないし、料金も格安です。利用目的にあえば良い施設だと思います。
難点があるとすればチェックインの場所が遠いです。せめて徒歩かオンラインで出来たらよかったです。
