Great location in Susukino but not recommended for families. Room is very small and has no wardrobe.

Very good location to walk to many attractions. Lots of convenience stores nearby. but in the evening time, there have a lot of noise from many entertainment stores outside. overall this is worth for budget.

the best place in the city. There are many restaurant around the hotel.

Value for money

Room was dusty. There were dust everywhere. Also the bed had red stain on it. Other than that, it was good overall.

The place is so nice. And the room is clean. We enjoyed so much the place near, like restaurants, store, and also the staff is very friendly. And also the hotel is not expensive,. Good price for the budget trip. We booked 4 rooms for 10 persons. Thank you so much for good service., we will back to Sapporo and in your hotel.

I stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. The location is good, just a few steps from Susukino subway station. Google Maps will guide you to the back entrance on the parking lot side. To enter from the parking lot side, you cannot see the back entrance from the street, so go straight in. There is no hotel name on the parking lot. I thought I had heard that the breakfast was luxurious, but it was just average. I thought it was a good value hotel, including the location.

The room is small, but it's more than enough for just sleeping. It's more than enough. The room is clean and comfortable.

Accommodation near various amenities, including near Susukino Station  If traveling by public transport is very convenient and the accommodations are clean, sleep comfortably, and are pleasant. Including the staff providing good service.

I've stayed here a few times, and it's clean, cheap, and perfect. It's a step above the average business hotel.

We were able to leave very pleasant memories right next to the pampas grass. The hotel lobby was very clean and I was happy. The seafood at breakfast was also delicious. I still want to use it.
