Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo Reviews

We had a great stay at this hotel. Location is good, near to anywhere, just down the road you can go to the underground to go anywhere, very useful when in winter. The public bath is awesome. The room is not big as typical Japanese Hotel but not tiny. We still managed to open two big luggage with one stroller. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! It's very close to Sapporo JR and Sapporo and Odori subway. I think exit 8 from the underground Sapporo subway to the hotel is the nearest and easiest access. The room is small (common in Japan and I expect it when I booked it) - for reference, we had 2x 28 inch luggage and 2x 20 inch carry on. I would say it is manageable. We're also celebrating our anniversary and it's a nice touch from the hotel to include a cute heart swan towels in the room! :-)

Very easy to walk from JR sapporo station with just a 6-8 minutes walk. If you enter or leave by the back entrance of this hotel, getting to JR sapporo is even fast at less than 5 minutes. There is a large Lawsons kombini near the back entrance of the hotel so getting food and drinks is not a problem. Booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Very comfortable King sized bed. Rooms are clean and tidy and cosy. Bathroom is the standing kind but I never used it because I always bathed at the basement onsen hahaha. Another thing I liked about this hotel is that we could use the fitness room for free and my boys used it almost every morning as they needed to keep fit for their running competitions. I will definitely love to stay here again if there are promotions for this hotel!

Decent size room for 2 pax, with sufficient space to have 2 luggages open for packing! Beds and pillow were decent, comes with a sofa too! Onsen feels very clean and new and has 3 baths in it. Comfortable and relaxing! Didn’t opt for breakfast but location is very convenient, 5mins to Sapporo station, abt 15mins to tanuki-Koji. Even nearby (5mins) has lots of food options in all ranges.

The hotel is within 5 min walk from JR Sapporo station. It is conveniently located near to Tokyu Departmental Store and Daimaru. About 15-20 min walk from Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Housekeeping is good as they always ensure you have replenishment of towels etc while bathroom amenities are for your taking at lobby level. The buffet breakfast is quite a disappointment as there has been no change in the food spread from day to day. We stayed for 5 nights and had 5 breakfast that are identical! They do not have the simplest egg station too. The language competency of the front desk is limited and we have to rely on Google Translate to get our request across. Nonetheless the staff were quite friendly and showed a lot of pride in their work.

Very near to the JR station. It's clean and cosy hotel. All the facilities are good.

Great locations to Sapporo station with lots of eateries and shopping. Walking distance to TV tower, Clock Tower , underground shopping and odori Park. Will stay again when return to Sapporo.

Checked in for 3 nights, super clean room, closed to sapporo station,very polite front deck n morning breakfast good varieties. Will come back again

Fantastic hotel. Public bath was warm and nice, and made showering in winter a pleasant experience.

Good location. Close to high end shopping mall Stellar Place. Just a short 5 mins walk. Parking abit limited though. Other than that, reasonably priced and new, clean hotel.

Very close to the station and to the main attractions. Great breakfast and nice onsen open till late night. Simple room. I would have appreciated an espresso machine. Nice place to stay.

the room is ok just that not everyday got housekeeping. Overall it was good

Location is great, under 10 mins walk to the Sapporo train station. Enough space in the room for a big bed and the suitcases. Staff was helpful, check in and check out was easy.
