At noon, I completed the check-in procedure at the hotel front desk machine and received my room card. I could not check in until four o'clock. When I entered the room, I found a dark room with a wall outside the window. It was sunny outside but the room was dark and very depressing. When booking a room, the picture showed an exterior window with sunlight. There are no other tips or price differences. I asked the hotel if I could change rooms and they told me that the room was full and I couldn't change. Complaints to Ctrip were unsuccessful. Very dissatisfied with the treatment of this hotel room! Bad review!

It's just a 200-meter walk from the JR Sapporo North Exit. The room is clean and cleaned every 3 days, but clean bath towels are provided and hung on the door every day. Toiletries are available on demand in the lobby. There is free breakfast, which can be eaten in the lobby or taken back to the room. There are many convenience stores nearby

The hotel we booked temporarily for the day was very close to the station. It was very suitable for traveling alone. It was clean and had the feeling of being young and well-equipped. It was very safe and the service attitude was very good.

立地は最高です。 積雪がありましたが、北口から徒歩ですぐなので、雪道でも大変ではありませんでした。 コンビニも近く、使いやすかったです。

My room reminded me of an inside cabin of a cruise ship. Dark and claustrophobic due to the adjacent building. The carpet felt grubby under foot. Kept slippers on at all times. Mattress made me itch so I had to sleep on the duvet.The walls paper thin so could hear next door and the rattle of plumbing.But the shower was powerful and the breakfast amazing. Would I repeat visit. Yes. Great location for the station and the breakfast so good.

Toyoko inn was perfect for our stop in Sapporo. We walked with luggage to from the train station, staff were helpful and stored our luggage until check in. And the hot breakfast was welcome the next morning. Room was clean and exactly what was needed after travelling.

You must eat the free breakfast, it’s super good, and try the free coffee you queue up for.
