Fantastic location, convenient with walking distance underground to JR Sapporo. Friendly and attentive staff, though Check-In can take a while. Rooms a little dated but super clean and comfortable. Japanese breakfast was wonderful.

Our room was perfect for us. The room was very nice. The only thing missing is a coin laundry machine that we can laundry our clothes on our own (same with other hotels) anytime, even late at night.

Great location for those who wants to travel hassle free from airport.

Aiport shuttle bus was just outside the hotel ..Hotel is right in the middle of sopporo station and susukino station.Clock tower/odari park was just less than 5 min walk .service was tip top .staffs all very professional

The hotel location is nice and the room is very spacious. Staff is friendly and nice. It’s good to have a 3-bed room!

Walking distance to the train station. Enjoyed the stay. Wonderful breakfast and great history.

Sapporo Grand Hotel has a fantastic location, directly accessible via an underground tunnel with a dedicated exit. The room is spacious, but the design and bedding feel outdated. A convenient stay, but could use some modern upgrades.

Great location, accessible to city's underground walking path, very clean room, adequate amenities, comfortable room... I have stayed with my family. Hotel stuff also provided special requests of ours due to my kids needs. Totally recommended

I had suffered from a flu with severe coughing that I couldn’t sleep for two nights. I had to seek medical attention but I couldn’t speak Japanese. The male staff of the Reception (so sorry that I didn’t asked for his name)was very helpful and enthusiastic to assist me in finding a nearest clinic. He kept searching the internet and made telephone calls to several clinics. Finally he had secured a reservation for me. I am so grateful for his kind service!

Great location. Can walk underground from sapporo station directly to the hotel and other areas. Highly recommend it.

Very nice! The hotel gave us an extra bed for our three people. Particularly I recommend the breakfast although you maybe get something special. Hahaha! The location is very good. It’s very near from JR station and has many good restaurants nearby.

A great hotel with lots of restaurants (that were fully booked during our stay). Easy walk to many attractions and convenient placement of cafe and Starbucks. Room was comfy but not very soundproof. The guests above us were very noticeable; lots of foot stomping and moving around from 7:00am which wasn’t ideal. Great shower, water pressure was brilliant and the bath products were good.

Beautiful 5 star local hotel located strategically in the hub of Sapporo city. Convenient to travel around to all the major shopping districts. Hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend for repeat stay

Good location w airport bus. Best!!! However big have smell and the bed is idea for 4. Must book early. Good job
