Worst experience in Japan. Even business hotel chains are cleaner than this. Seems like the rooms were not throughly cleaned after the previous check out. Headed down to specifically request for the chips to be cleaned. Everything else ended up cleaned EXCEPT for the chips. Extremely pricey hotel for the poor cleanliness and service.

酒店環境不錯，離大通公園十一目丁步行2個路口，離狸小璐步行4個路口。酒店早餐最好，可以自製海鮮丼還有各種海鮮。温泉要付費沒去，但衞生間也不算小。

Abit distance from city center, room is clean but building is old. however is cheap.
One thing i not happy with it is the room did not provide shaver and you need to pay for it

札幌王子酒店最大的優點就是有直達機場的大巴，但地理位置離市中心還是有一定距離的。前台服務很好，就是英語溝通能力還有待提高。早餐是一個亮點，日式與西式品種豐富，尤其提供的兩種北海道本地產的牛奶口味非常好。

離地鐵距離步行5分鐘吧 還可以的，對面小超市 麥當勞 食其家都有 早飯好解決，酒店房間不算很大，一次性用品服務有待提高 沒有一次性拖鞋，牙膏也很難擠，最離譜的是 酒店有温泉設施 居然對外開放 要單獨付款泡湯費，連住客都不能免費使用，就覺得性價比一般了 ，估計下次不太會選擇了
