We stayed here for our Napa trip. The hotel try's. We did get to check in early. The place was clean and the staff was nice. A few thing first, we had a room with a couch, because we do not like watching tv from bed. The problem was the tv was mounted on the wall, so you could not move it. We had to move the couch to see the tv. The breakfast was not good. Package everything so we never ate there. Would we go back, do not know I would probably look around for something better, but it it was the one place available, I could stay again.

San Rafael! The perfect suburban/nature city to visit in California. It’s located in Marin County and is about a 40 min drive from San Francisco. San Rafael is the perfect city to explore (especially Civic Center or Downtown) or to make a pit stop if you are heading towards Sonoma/Napa County to do some wine tasting. If you do decide to stay in San Rafael, you should book your next stay at Fourpoints by Sheraton hotel! I got the pleasure in staying at the Four points by Sheraton hotel.When I first walked into the lobby, the staff Pesty and John were able to take care of me right away. They were Very nice a friendly at the front desk as I was checking into the hotel. They even are offering free cookies to guest at the hotel as well so that was a plus. After I was all checked in, I was able to be on the 4th floor which is the highest floor at the hotel. I got to stay in the modern Deluxe Guest room- 1 king bed During my stay. When I walked in my room the room was modern, casual room that was clean and all prepared for. The bathroom was also modern and clean as well with everything working. The most beautiful part about this room was the view. I can’t tell you how beautiful my view from my room was. It was so gorgeous that it looked like a million dollar view. You can see the beautiful pool patio including the palm trees and see the astonishing mountains of San Rafael . I highly reccomend staying at the fourth floor if you can facing the pool because you get to wake up in the morning to that incredible million dollar view. That is a major plus in my opinion. I wanted to highlight the pool patio at the hotel because I think it’s such as gorgeous area to look and be in. When you walk outside, there are a bunch of seating area where people can hangout and just relax. At night, what is so special about that area is there is a fire pit are where you can get yourself warm after a long day. The pool in general is a nice large pool with a hot tub and Four Points by Sheraton is known to have the largest pool patio in Marin County. People can just relax at the pool or go for a swim as well. Overall, this area has to be the nicest area at this hotel. Overall, if you are looking for a nice place to stay in San Rafael, I highly recommend staying here at Four Points by Sheraton. The views, the staff, the scenery, the cleanliness of the hotel was on point. If I’m ever in San Rafael again which is a huge yes, I would stay here agaian and you guys should book your stay at Four Points as well. Location of the hotel is good. As told, left side of the hotel is more safe than the right side as there are not many homeless people on the left side. The hotel provides daily cleaning and refills bath amenities automatically. The air conditioning is quite cool but can be adjusted, nevertheless, the blanket is not thick enough which slightly affected sleeping quality.

Was eager to visit this property and while the room was comfortable and clean, the service in the spa (we were literally told by the manager that ”they're so busy and they receive so many voicemails that they just can't return all the calls”) and at the hotel is very lacking for the price. Restaurant seems new and food is decent quality - drinks also very good but the staff seem overworked as everyone kept telling us ”how busy” they are to explain why they couldn't help us.

The location is very convenient, very close to Fisherman's Wharf, two blocks from Trader joe. The staff are professional and friendly. Also very neat and quiet. Although there are not many types of breakfast, they are all quite delicious.

Quiet, far from the city. The parking lot is big enough. There are fewer homeless people. A little remote, everything else is fine. A few hundred meters away there is a Chinese restaurant, called jin ye (Golden Leaf) tastes OK, slightly salty. There is a train in San Francisco next to it, and you can often hear the sound of the fixed train passing.

I stayed 3 nights in a female room, beds in a capsule style, a spacious and quiet room, a big locker, and it covered my bag, common bag and jacket. In every floor they have a lounge with TV, microwave, freezer, coffee and tea. The location is excellent, close to the market, public transport and tourist points at 20 minutes walk. I love and recommend!
