We had the most fabulous time in the mountains of Merano. I had forgotten how wonderful the mountains are. I cannot fault the hotel in any way. The owners and staff could not have been more helpful. The food was exceptional. The hotel was very low key comfortable. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary whilst staying there and they really looked after us on the day. It would seem that the British have not found Merano which is a major plus. I think we did not hear English spoken by a tourist or see a UK registered car in all the time we were in Merano. Wonderful!

A truly lovely hotel. Exceptional in all respects. Dining, terraces, pools inside and out, rooms lovely and very comfortable with views of the mountains And the staff are also wonderful and warm and always responsive. You won't be sorry.

If there is a prize for the most hospitable staff in the world, the team at hotel Pienzenau are serious contenders. We intended to stay overnight on our way to Zurich, and stayed almost a week. The small, family run, hotel is a pleasant walk to the. town centre, while nestling among lush hillside foliage with stunning views towards the dolomite mountains. Pienzenau offers half board which we would never normally opt for in our travels. After the first evening dinnerl we were hooked. Food is stunning, deserving a Bib Gourmand. Menu changes daily and there is a small curated wine list. Here is the perfect place for foodies , walkers,nature enthusiasts or simply a place to chill out. Once here its hard to leave.

Always consistently good and a destination hotel. Lovely location slightly above Meran, near the botanical gardens. Tastefully appointed contemporary rooms and public areas. One of the best meals we have had in years- worth the visit alone. They have a wonderful chef and exemplary service in a lovely dining room. Very clean and parking on site.

Camera grande (deluxe) e pulitissima, letto comodissimo, bellissima la posizione nei pressi dei giardini di Sissi; ottimi i servizi, la piscina coperta e scoperta (teli, accappatoi), giardino, bar e stupenda terrazza panoramica attrezzata con piante di rose; personale molto efficiente e cortese, cena gourmet imperdibile, con piacevole accompagnamento al piano. Tolles, sehr ruhiges Hotel in Fußweite zu den Gärten von Trauttmansdorf. Zum Zentrum 30 min. Sehr guter Service und sehr gute Küche! Unbedingt Halbpension buchen! Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details.

Stanza (n.103) caldissima senza aria condizionata, molto disturbata perche' sopra zona bar/ristorante e quindi non possibile tenere finestre aperte. Luci armadio sempre accese - sensori esclusi da copertura con carta scotch.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum, alles frisch und viel Auswahl. Die Dame im Service war freundlich und liebevoll. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Details eingerichtet. Wir werden gerne wieder Gast im Hotel sein.

Hotel wird privat von der Familie Hofer geführt, daher familiäre Atmosphäre. Personal sehr freundlich. Erhielten Upgrade auf eine Suite. Gemütliche Einrichtung, Toilettenbereich mit Bidet getrennt vom Badezimmer. Die Boxspring Doppelbetten waren die besten, die wir bisher hatten. Auf der Terrasse könnten wir die Kreationen von Sternekoch Maier mittags und abends geniessen. Parken in der Tiefgarage ist kostenlos. Lage des Hotel in Gehnähe zum Schloss Trautmannsdorf (früherer Aufenthalt von Königin Sissi) mit botanischem Garten. Sollten Sie unbedingt besuchen!
