Badhotel Renesse

We spent two nights in this hotel. On a tourist stay, we slept well, ate well (at the restaurant) for a reasonable price. Our room was a bit small but provided the basics. Although we have a standard 'comfort' room, there was no fridge! I think a fridge should be a given in a hotel room of this standard. We also greatly appreciated the friendliness of the staff at reception, in the restaurant or at breakfast. Free parking, possibility to keep our bikes safe for free, possibility to rent bikes at 10 euros a day, all this was very much appreciated. The location of the hotel is ideal... 200 meters from the seaside resort but just as quiet! The sea is a few hundred meters away.

We had a beautiful room in the new building: stylishly furnished and very clean. The location is perfect on the edge of Renesse city centre, a few minutes walk to the city center and just a little longer to the beach. At the same time, it is very quiet, especially in the new building, so that you don't have the feeling of being so close to the city. The breakfast buffet is extensive and leaves nothing to be desired. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'd love to come back.

Dirty room, dust everywhere, splashed walls in bathroom from previous guests, 30 cm of ****s on terrace. 3 cables run over the wall (room 11) and make hissing sound (cables from swimming pool installation?) You imagine yourself in a storage room instead of in the hotel room. Tip: hide these cables in a soundproof cable duct. Poor hygiene for an overnight stay at €200/night. Report of a clogged sink drain (water that hardly drains, gross!), unfortunately nothing was done about it. Ditto about the dust and poor cleaning in bathroom and room. The first night the bottom sheet on the mattress was forgotten. Received a bottom sheet after notification. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was only possible with a daily menu, so no lobster or shellfish, no dinner à la carte due to the unexpected (?) absence of the cook. Limited free parking spaces. About 20 free places for 50 rooms so is not "free" at all for most of the guests. Paid parking on the street for a few hours or public parking 300 m from the hotel (16€/day) is possible. The hotel's location is good, but there is clearly work to be done in the field of follow-up and hygiene, and motivated staff. Or is the Badhotel staff tired of the guests after a busy summer?

Très chouette hôtel à taille humaine,le service impeccable,propre,restaurant sur place très bonne qualité et agréable le prix abordable.proche du centre,de la plage parking aisé.le petit déjeuner bien fourni et varié. Calme et ressourçant Seul bémol sauna payant.

Es war unser erstes Mal im Badhotel Renesse. Wir waren in der Villa Westerduin. Süßes kleines Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Sauberkeit in diesem Bad muss unbedingt verbessert werden, da wir noch Reste von Zahnpasta und Rasierklingen vom Vorgänger hatten. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein toller Start in den Morgen. Die Lage ist auch super zentral. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

L’hôtel est joli . Ça fait penser à une pension de famille. L’accueil est agréable et le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est généreux. Nous avions une suite avec terrasse dans la villa ….Avant d’appeler cela une suite, il faudrait remédier à certaines choses ! -Mettre des produits de toilette dans la salle de bain ( pas juste un savon dans une bouteille sans nom !) : savon , shampooing, bonnet de douche …. Le kit complet ! -Des mouchoirs - Des transats sur la terrasse -Une télévision qui diffusent des programmes en français . - Des oreillers en supplément -Placer des lampes de chevets . La terrasse n’était pas nettoyée et il n’y avait pas de cintre dans la garde robe . La chambre n’est absolument pas insonorisé : vous profitez des voisins du dessus et d’à côté dans problèmes . Il y avait pas mal de choses entreposées dans cette chambre ( blocs de papier, set de table, boîte de stylo …) qui n’avaient rien à y faire ! Bref , séjour mitigé …. On pouvait tellement mieux faire ! La région est belle , le centre ville accueillant et les balades en vélos magnifiques.
